Beautiful woods and lake

We had a great time at the cottage! It was clean, exactly as described, and perfect for our family of 4. The firepit was our favorite way to end the chilly fall nights! Beach access and playground were great and so convinient. The provided equipment was an added bonus, though we didn't have the opportunity to use it all this trip. Bolton Landing was a nice town and was very convenient for heading down further into Lake George. It was nice to meet Tom and we would absolutely recommend him as a host and the cabin as a perfect Lake George getaway! Thank you!

Fantastic location, and Tom is a great host. We enjoy kayaking every day. The beach is fabulous. The house is very nicely laid out and clean.

This cabin was so cute, clean and well-maintained. Tom has excellent communication skills and was a great host. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to escape and relax by the lake. There is great fishing, boating and beachfront.

Great spot. Lake was a short one minute walk down the road. We used the SUPs and they were in great condition. Beach was small, but clean and refreshing and had a small floating dock to jump from. Kids had a great time and enjoyed the beach, volleyball net, playground, and lake at the community beach. Location is great if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful lake George experience away from the village.

The cabin was excellent, everything as described. Clean, comfortable and had everything you needed, like paddle boards, kayaks, fire pit, outside eating area and a short walk to the beach! Fantastic location, close to town, boat rental places, hiking trails, and Adirondack Extreme Adventure Course. We’re definitely coming back!

We loved our stay at this cottage on the lake. There was plenty of space for my husband, son and I. We loved the indoor and outdoor space. It was super clean and my son loved the loft bed. The access to the beach was a great feature too. We loved walking to the water and playground each day. The view is unreal! Even though a lot of things in town were closed we loved Bolton Landing. It had cute shops and antiques. We also had a great dinner and enjoyed the brewery in town on the rainy day.

Property was great! The house was perfect for the two of us. It was so peaceful, quiet and relaxing but we were off-season, literally no one was there! Tom is a great host and has done an amazing job on the place. Hopefully we’ll try and come back when the weather is warmer. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

This home is very clean and conveniently located within the Adirondacks. Close to towns with lots of dining and shopping options. Nice beach for the neighborhood, close and easy walking distance.

Our family ( including our dogs!) had a wonderful stay! Beautiful, cozy clean cottage in an awesome Location close to many Lake George attractions and cute little town of Bolton Landing. The house was steps away from a private beach area. Great outdoor area for grilling and eating. So much to do! The owner Tom is awesome- so helpful and easy to work with. Hope to return soon.

Was a cute little cabin. I was expecting it to be “lakeside”, but it’s more of a lake view through the trees. Was surprised that I had to pay $50 for linens that didn’t include a duvet. When I arrived it was very warm in the home and I was told if I wanted a/c that I’d need to install the unit. Also; felt a tad uncomfortable when the owner showed up without warning to grab a table. It’s a cute community and a nice spot, but missed finishing touches for the price.

This is the best of both worlds.. The little cabin is tucked into a cute little nook of other cabins down a long curvy tree covered road. The cabin itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. Less than a minute to walk down the winding path to the beach of stunning Lake George. My sons had a great time swimming, kayaking, playing ping pong for hours on end at the beach.

The cabin is amazing and so is the location right at the water. Very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Need to bring all types of towels including kitchen towel and bath mat but well stocked otherwise. Tom was super responsive and helpful!

It was the perfect fit out family! Cutest little cabin on the best lake! Even though it was a rainy weekend we really enjoyed our stay! Great fishing! Great location with the most wonderful host!

This cabin was perfect for a family getaway to the Lake George area. It is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay. The loft bed is accessed via a ladder; our 8yo enjoyed it immensely but an adult might find it challenging to access. The location is what makes this place special; about a 90 second walk to the beach area where we enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and using the SUP. Tom is an excellent host and had great recommendations for the area. He is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall a great stay in a beautiful area!

Beautiful waterfront with easy access to paddling, swimming, ping pong, or just relaxing. Loved the deck and firepit.
