Lovely home and community. Was as described and well stocked. Only suggestion is a cover for the wood since it was wet and so we couldn’t enjoy the fire pit as much. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Misty River! It was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, peaceful, and quiet which is just what we wanted. Location was also convenient to all the restaurants and events happening in Branson. We’ll be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. It is within walking distance to Lake Taneycomo's shoreline. The property owner had excellent communication from booking to stay. Even though we could not park our fishing boat in the rocks next to the cabin, we were able to park it right around the corner in the parking lot which was very convenient. The cabin was well stocked without being overstocked with unnecessary junk. It was very clean and simple. The back porch area was nice and peaceful and the hot tub was even refreshing on a summer night. We will be back to enjoy this property in the future.

Wonderful Stay in Branson!This was by far our best stay yet! The property was clean, comfortable, and fully handicapped accessible, which made everything so easy. We loved the hot tub and the fantastic location—close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

This property is wonderful, my cousin and I needed a getaway, this property had everything! We lived the two master suites, the bathrooms are so spacious! Loved the s’mores station, fire pit was awesome. Jason was very responsive to our need. Can’t say enough about this place. We enjoyed walking down to the water, and enjoyed the water garden. We will definitely be back with more family members.

This place is beautiful. It is new, clean and very inviting. It is convenient to the strip and it is all well maintained. We will be staying here again and again.

The location feels private but is still not far from everything. We enjoyed our time with our college aged kids.

This is the nicest house we’ve stayed in around Branson! Such an easy drive into town. The house blew me away! Everything was so clean and well stocked. We will definitely be returning time and time again!

Beautiful place to stay. We cooked at the cabin and any cooking item needed was available (even seasoning!) Had an issue and Josh was quick to respond. Close to so many things yet nice and quiet to relax at the cabin at the end of the day. Highly recommend and we hope to return next year!

This cozy cottage was the epitome of perfection from bottom to top and from start to finish. The well maintained home was super clean, extremely comfy, extra quiet, and filled with everything amenity you’d need and then some. Who wouldn’t want S’mores from the bar by the fire pit while enjoying the hot tub??!!The decor was beautiful and up to date.I would highly recommend this property if you’re going to be in the Branson area. Also, kudos to Josh L. for his above and beyond, fast communication.

Awesome house to stay in within walking distance to the water to fish. Kids loved the place and the views.

The Misty River was perfect for our girls trip. We had everything we needed for our trip. Josh was very responsive. Quiet location away from all the hustle and bustle but close to everything we scheduled. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but very nice to have one available. Josh even installed a grab bar prior to our visit. This provided a safe way to transfer from wheelchair in the bathroom. Very much appreciated, this made a huge difference.
