Awesome place and wonderful hosts! This is the nicest, cleanest, quietest cabin we have stayed anywhere in the smokies and we have rented various cabins since 2010. Townsend is the best and we will definitely be staying here again!

We didn't see our host. Everything was perfect. The room was cozy and beautiful. The area was peaceful and people were so friendly.

The cabin was absolutely perfect for the two of us and our fur babies. It was peaceful, easy to find, and exceptionally well-appointed. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, the luxurious king-size bed, the cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, and the excellent internet and streaming services.The Christmas décor was frstive and made our stay feel especially magical. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already made reservations for next Christmas.

Very cozy cabin in a beautiful area. My niece and I road trip together and started our trip out with stays in Memphis, Nashville and Frankfurt, Kentucky. We were very happy that we saved Townsend for last, ending our trip on a much more relaxing note. Would definitely recommend the area/cabin to others.

We absolutely loved the cabin! It was really clean, very nice amenities across the board, super comfortable furnishings including all seating, bed, kitchen chairs. Everything you need, spacious, lovely, cozy, fireplace was awesome (and firewood was provided). We loved the location -- very easy to get to, beautiful woodsy setting, quiet (on a dead end road). Close to Townsend. I have only good things to say about Misty Morning -- it's our favorite cabin in the Smokies!!

The cabin was awesome, we felt right at home there and will stay again. We didn’t operate the fireplace, but we will next time.

This is our second stay in this cabin. It’s just the right size for the two of us. We don’t spend much time in it so we don’t need a lot of the bells and whistles. Just the basics. The only two improvements we could see is the wall behind the bed is rather dusty and the small table in the kitchen needs some work. It’s rather loose. We had a great stay and will probably stay again next year if available.

Although a “studio” cabin, it is very roomy - love the recliners!! That was unexpected but great. Kitchen we equipped well - we brought food already made, though. Very clean and nice with a smart TV. Close to Townsend and about 40 minutes to Gatlinburg. Nice neighborhood. Next time we bring out golf clubs!

very nice cozy cabin. only problem was that we tended to drive to pigeon forge or sevierville or gatlinburg almost every day- back and forth to cabin was approx. 50 miles daily driving! even hiking was a long drive.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was myself and my daughter we do this trip every year for my birthday. We were both so tired this year we just needed to rest and we did. Its almost time for a new mattress but everything else was perfect. Thank you so much

The cabin is very nice. The changes that were made only improved the looks of the inside of the cabin. We did get awaken a few times by the alarms going off. Please check and change the batteries. The dusting crew can still show improvement. Overall, the cabin is a GREAT place and THE OWNERS are GREAT. We can't wait to go back. Thank you, Albert and Dena.

The open floor plan cabin is exactly as described, it was very clean, easy to find in a great neighborhood that was very quiet – with the exception of the cicadas, lol! We enjoyed our stay there very much and hope to come back next year

Everything about Misty Morning was awesome - location - accommodations - welcoming & cozy atmosphere - we highly recommend renting this cabin!

This was our fourth or fifth stay at this cabin. It is a very comfortable and cozy cabin and met all of our needs. His setting is very close to the great Smoky Mountains national Park and Cades Cove. This cabin is our home away from home.

Intimate open-plan cabin with great amenities: fireplace, in-roon jacuzzi, and deck with table and chairs. Beautiful wodded setting; we felt like we were in the forest - it was so quiet! The rough-hewn paneling and topical decor made this cabin a standout.

We needed to get away for a few days and this is just what we needed. I love this place.

Celebrated 22 years with my wife. The cabin was wonderful and positioned close enough for activities but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet.

This was our 16th stay and it gets better every single time. Love the new Kitchen, Bath and Washer/Dryer. The cabin is so clean and cozy. I can't say enough good about staying here. The fireplace was wonderful this weekend and I love that the owners supply the wood. They make sure you have all you need for a long weekend stay and if you have any issues, they are easy to communicate with. The cabin is close to everything, but far enough out you feel secluded. It's perfect for the couple or single person and a woman would feel very safe here. It truly is a GEM!

An excellent cabin in a very nice location. The cabin was literally spotless and very comfy. We plan on staying there again in the future.

This is my fourth stay here and I enjoy it so much I keep coming back. Perfect for a cozy mountain cabin and away from the crowds. I must say however that there was not any firewoodthis visit which was unusual. In the past there has been plenty, so I assume there was some scheduling conflict. I would have appreciated a heads up so I could have brought some firewood. However, I had to purchase some firewood locally. Luckily one open store had some wood because there was a big snow this weekend and almost every store was closed. Anyway, I hope to return next January regardless. Please have a little firewood available or let me know so I can bring some. Thanks!

I highly recommend this cabin. It was our 15th stay and each visit is better than the last. The cabin is so clean. It was beautifully decorated. You can't go wrong staying here! Relaxation at it's best! The owners are quick to respond if you need anything. I can't say enough good things about staying here. Fantastic every time.

This cabin is in a beautiful and peaceful location. It’s adjacent to the most beautiful golf course in the Smokies in our opinion. It is in a gated community and very convenient to all shopping, hikes and sightseeing that the Smokies have to offer. We would highly recommend it for a quieter visit to the mountains.

This was our 14th stay and it's perfection every single time. The cabin is always so clean and it's fully stocked with everything you could need. The owners pay attention to every detail. We love to pick up fresh steaks at the IGA, while grilling them, we sit on the deck enjoying the peace and quiet while they cook. You simply can not go wrong staying here. We are heading back soon!

A peaceful escape , property was just as listed . Very clean and cozy . We were so happy to also have nice living room furniture for watching TV in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. We loved it here and we will definitely be back

This cabin is located in a golf course community with lots of rentals in area but it was plenty private for us and close enough to town to be convenient. The cabin is great and is perfect for a couple, very nicely decorated, clean and the bed is super comfortable. We toured the Cades Cove area before checking in and finished with that earlier than we expected. I could not find a number to call the host to ask about early check in so we drove to the cabin to find a sign by the door telling guests not to enter the cabin before 4 PM, even though it was apparent that it was ready, and then only gave an emergency number to call. I found this a little off-putting but we complied and drove back into Townsend and killed time until 4. We had just come from a rental by Gatlinburg that even texted us the morning of check in and told us the cabin was ready anytime we wanted so we were a little spoiled I guess. Overall, it was a nice stay.

My husband and I love the mountains and have never stayed on the peaceful Side of the Smokies. This little cabin was the most adorable, inviting and comfortable place we have stayed. The area was quiet and peaceful!!!! We will be back!!! Thank you!

It was a short stay. 2 nights. Our 1st morning was awesome. Coffee on the deck with fresh fruit, bacon sandwiches and a stick bug to hang out and keep us company. Lovely quiet and beautiful nature. We star gazed thru the hole in the canopy and had a grand time.

Great stay, very nicely built cabin. Quiet location, but I'd recommend getting to the cabin by dark. It's very hard to read the road signs at night. Great cabin if you want a cabin-y feel but not too rustic (glam-bin?). GreatInternet speed for a cabin.

This large efficiency-type property was so cute and comfortable! The pics don’t do it justice. Great relaxing reclining sofa and king-size bed. Perfectly adequate kitchen, super quiet and convenient location.

This location and size was perfect for our annual hike to Mt Laconte. Friends rented houses nearby and that was perfect for everyone to have private time when we were not doing group activities.
