Check in was easy, cabin and property was clean, hot tub was great, owner went above snd beyond.

We stayed here for mom’s weekend at OU to be off the beaten path and explore HH . Great location . Easy to find , check in process easy . Everything was as expected and Anna stayed in touch to check on our satisfaction. No complaints and we will return .

Everything about the cabin was perfect. We enjoyed the firepit, hot tub and beds were very comfortable. Location is close to main attractions and town. Anna was an excellent host and very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

The cabin was great. The host was wonderful with communication regarding directions and information about area. The cabin was easy to find and close to trails. The hot tub was wonderful after our hikes. Fire pit and dark sky made for a beautiful night.

The house was very nice! The semi circle couch was perfect for us to watch the Super Bowl. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Pizza’s, sloppy joe’s, ect.

Everything about this cabin was perfect. The host was so good at communicating. The beds were comfortable, the living room was perfect for sitting around the fire with a group and the hot tub was so nice! The cabin was clean and very cozy. I’m planning on returning!

This was our first time visiting Hocking Hills and sure enjoyed our stay here. Anna was very communicative from very first day to our last. The place is very clean, quiet and equipped with everything you may need. I particularly liked that although close to town, restaurants and the parks still located in a private location. Also, the bed was very nice and cozy, and didn’t had any issues falling as sleep as this often is not the case in other places we have stayed. Thank you for hosting! Sure will be back again. Esther-

Always a great time in Hocking hills

The cabin was great and the host was super helpful. A storm came in and knocked the power out our first night. She walked us through how to reset the WiFi, and when that didn’t work her husband came out the next day with his ladder, climbed up on the roof, and got it working. We were super appreciative as we wanted to watch the Buckeyes game on New Year’s Eve! Thanks Anna and Paul!

We had a great stay. House very comfy (esp the fireplace!). We had a four year old with us- so ash cave and old man’s cave were close by and perfect hikes! Owner very responsive to questions.

The host was nice with wonderful directions about the cabin. The cabin was very clean and well organized. Easy traveling to the caves. There are no complaints. We would stay again.

Located close to everything. Very clean, loved the gas logs, hot tub was wonderful addition to the end of the day. Watching the wildlife around the cabin was great!

The host was very attentive and everything was clean and as it was on the listing. We enjoyed seeing a few deer on several occasions, the convenient location for trails and not far from Logan for restaurants, etc. would highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin close to everything we wanted to do at Hocking Hills and surrounding area.

The property was just as described. Everything was thought of from coffee and sugar to extra blankets. We used everything they had to offer. We had a fire at the firepit. Hot tub. Swing on the covered deck. Games. The grill, etc. I loved reading the guest book. It was a 10/10 stay.

Comfortable, Clean and Well placed Cabin in Hocking Hills area. Would recommend for anyone that would like a nice quiet location in the middle of all that is Hocking Hills experience.

We loved staying close to everything

The property was very nice and clean. Very comfortable and well supplied. One challenge was the grill which was almost unusable. Pretty much ruined our steaks and grilled asparagus. Also the driveway is very steep and would be much easier if it were paved. Host was very accessible and helpful. Overall a very nice stay.

We had a great stay at the Zen Oak Retreat. It’s secluded but still close to everything. The hot tub was nice after a day spent hiking all the beautiful sites in HH. Anna was a great host, she communicated throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely return.

The property was centrally located, comfortable and relaxing. Loved the porch swing and Hot tub. Beds were comfortable. We hockey a lot so really enjoyed the hot tub.

The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is also located conveniently to all the outdoor sites and attractions. The upstairs bed was wonderful. My only criticism was the cleanliness. The floors appeared unswept and a bit dirty. There was visible hair on the bathroom floor and dust bunnies as well as a dry used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain. Aside from needing a good mopping, we had a great time.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE STAY!!!!! THE CABIN WAS EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY!!! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!! CLEAN!! COZY!!! WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!!! Although it was short, our trip was so much fun. We enjoyed the trails during the day followed by relaxation at the cabin in the evening. It was beautiful inside and out and we would definitely book this rental again in the future

We stayed at this cabin for a quick getaway. There were 6 of us, including 2 kids and 2 senior citizens, with plenty of space for all. We especially loved playing shuffleboard and using the hot tub. The location was perfect. We went in to Logan for meals and enjoyed the hiking trails.Anna was super responsive and accommodating - she even went out of her way to be sure we got our full refund when we modified our reservation. I highly recommend this cabin!

We loved the comfy, cozy cabin. Perfect accommodations for 2 couples…2 bedrooms, each with its own adjacent bathroom. We enjoyed hiking in the beautiful parks (AMAZING) during the day, lunch at a great local diner, shopping, dinner at home with plenty of room and supplies for cooking/grilling, campfire, relaxing dip in the hot tub, games around the dining table, curling up on the giant couch with popcorn and a good movie before turning in for a great night’s sleep in the comfortable beds. The host is lovely and very responsive. We will be back!

We loved staying here, had no issues whatsoever and the convenience of being within like 15 mins of just about everything was icing on the cake! Definitely recommend and can’t wait to return!

I was really impressed with the whole experience. It was flawless aside from the TV in the Fireplace Living Room. It was challenging and could use an upgrade.

We really liked the property and the host was very friendly and helpful ( we had difficulty due to our connection retrieving the last email from her but could reach her via message) Despite great instructions in the welcome book we could not figure out how to get signal to the upstairs tv but the downstairs one worked great. We loved the shuffleboard game and the hot tub was a hit as well. We are hoping to rent this place again and we are recommending it to our friends.

My husband and I went here with our 3 little ones (ages 5 to 8) and we really enjoyed this cabin. There were plentry of board games, wii games, books, and dvds for the kids to enjoy. They were not bored for 1 minute during our stay. Our favorite parts were the hot tub, fireplace, and short distance to hiking.The property manager responded quickly to my questions and concerns which I really appreciated. I would recommend this cabin to others. trails.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We had to cut it short due to an unexpected medical procedure scheduling error but Anna our host did everything she could to accommodate us! Excellent communication. Sparkling clean cozy cabin. Very close to grocery stores and a Walmart. Comfortable bed and wonderful huge sectional we enjoyed right in front of the fireplace. There were even doggie bowls!Plan to return soon!

My wife and I spent 2 nights here and enjoyed every minute of it. The cabin is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The owner, Anna, was awesome to work with and answered all my questions. She also provided recommendations on restaurants in the area. I highly recommend staying here!

The Home and grounds were beautiful, private and excellently well kept. There is much to do indoors, with entertainment including internet, videos, games, movies and a hot tub. This property is located in a Word Class Natural Forest that has numerous beautiful caves and overhangs, waterfalls and hiking trails. My Soulmate and I had a Wonderful stay, and hope to revisit many times!

A group of 4 of us went to Zen cabin to hike and relax. It was a perfect spot to launch off to the hiking areas and then come back and relax. All the amenities were as described and we loved the sitting area around the fireplace.

Outside was very hilly. We are use to very flat. Lol The cabin was very nice and clean. Had all the pots oans and utilities that were needed. The fireplace was wonderful!

My wife and I and a few friends had a great stay at Zen Oak Retreat. The cabin was very clean, the stay was peaceful and the layout and size was perfect for the six of us. The host, Anna, was great and quick with any communications. We will definitely be looking into Zen Oak Retreat for future stays.

Me and my husband booked this cabin with another couple (friends of ours). It was perfect with each level having a bedroom and full bath. We took advantage of the hot tub and bonfire area which were perfect for fall weather! The cabin was very clean and updated. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Our family stayed for a quick staycation and it was very enjoyable at this property. Our kids enjoyed the camp fire and the jacuzzi especially. The property was nice and clean, the location was great for all things Hocking Hills. We had a great stay.

We had a great time. Anna kept us up to date about check in, gave us pointers where to activity, left flyers in kitchen for all things to do. Theres a binder in the unit with helpful stuff too. She checked in with us periodically to make sure we were having a blast. The unit is obviously dusted and maintained every turnover. Would come again ! And will !

The cabin was tucked away in the woods, but easy access to roads. Very clean interior and very comfortable sitting area. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the birds during the day and the frogs and other critters at night. Highly recommend a stay at this cabin!
