The place is definitely much older than the pictures on the listing. The location was good. The grill was unusable due to the amount of ants covering it. There were ants inside around the kitchen as well. I could’ve dealt with the ants, it’s spring time and it’s a wooded area but what really ruined it for me was the maggots crawling out of the ceiling the morning we were packing up to leave. They were all over the kitchen table and floor. Thankfully we were already planning on leaving.

The host turned on the heat and porch light for us to enter after dark. The cabin was so clean and cozy. We had such a nice relaxing New years with our 2 Maltipoos.

Great little place to stay for the weekend. Very clean and updated.

Everything was in great shape when we arrived. Detailed instructions for ck in and out. It was exactly as described and easy to find. Plenty of easy parking and the kitchen utensils were plentiful.

The location to the elk viewing was great.As for the condition of the rental, not so great. The walls were dirty, spider webs everywhere w spiders, fireplace ignitor did not work, Grill missing nob, the cutting board needs replaced, Blind is filthy, and needs better curtains for privacy. The cabin has potential, just not there yet!

Our hosts are amazing. They respond quickly to questions. The cabin was clean, nicely decorated and well supplied!

The description of the property was spot on. Location was perfect for seeing elk close by. We stay in Benezette yearly and this was first trip with our dog and this was a clean, comfortable, and affordable pet friendly cabin

Cabin was nice. Convenient location. Need to update the dishes, cups etc..very sparse and some of the cups are chipped. We would stay there again. We would just bring our own dishes,cups etc! Thank you for letting us stay at your cabin. It was very ironic. The week prior to.our stay at the cabin, our nephew and his wife stayed at the same cabin. We saw it in the guest book.

This was our 6th visit in 7years, we didn’t see any elk, but, in the past we have seen a lot, we booked for next year already!

We are regulars and return each year to stay at the Elk Antler Inn! That should tell you all you need to know that we keep coming back. Location is great and it's always very clean and ready to welcome us for our stay. It has everything you need for a few days away!

The cabin was very clean! We were not aware that the cabin did not have bed sheets, pillows, or towels so we were caught by surprise when we checked in and had to drive to Wal-Mart in St. Marys to purchase these items. This soured our experience and feel that this information should have been made more clear in the cabin's description and in the check-in information. If we had known this in advance, we could have saved ourselves extra money that we could have used to visit gift shops or restaurants in the area. However, the view of the field behind the cabin and night sky were nice and we even saw some shooting stars during the Perseid meteor shower. We heard a screech owl at night and really enjoyed the fire pit and grill. We purchased firewood nearby.

It was a great little cabin. Well definitely look to rent again. The only bad thing and i have to say for most it may not have been a big deal, but the notes stated there was wood for sale but i didn't see any. I cook over the fire and couldn't the night we got there and had to order out rather than have a fire going to be able to cook. We did go and buy wood right down the road but would have been nice to have some wood the night we got there. Was definitely not a deal breaker because we were only going to use enough to get a fire going and have dinner. We will definitely rent again.

We had a great time. The cabin is very nice & always kept clean. We ate out 2 times the rest we ate over the campfire.We will be back next year

The cabin was perfect Cathi , me , and a dog named boo had a good relaxing time we went swimming in the river sightseeing we did not see any elk, but we did see one black bear

Absolutely loved this cute little cabin! Went up for the elk expo with my pup and felt right at home. Cant wait to book my next trip there!

Cozy and clean. All appliances worked well. The front door needs attention, we had to kick the bottom of the door to get it unstuck. Bathroom needs a exhaust fan

Beautiful Cabin with everything you could possibly need and the layout was big enough for 4 people and 6 would be comfortable too. The Hosts were very accommodating and, the location is right off the main Route 555 close to everything. You never even notice the traffic traveling through. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended

Very clean exactly as advertised

The cabin was as great as advertised. Thou it looks small from the outside, the main living room and kitchen are completely open. It was quiet inside the cabin even though it is close to route 555. We are already planning another stay in the fall. We had zero issues and would highly recommend this cozy cabin to all. Loved it!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Excellent communication with owners. No problems checking in. If you like to ride we took our side by side and it was next to the AVT roads for easy access. Just a warning that if you’re bring your dog(s) the cabin is close to a busy road and the backyard is on the smaller side if they need to run energy off. Would definitely stay there again.

Came to see elk but only saw deer.

Overall it’s a good place to stay. We were only there at night.

It was a great place to stay at the only thing i would recommend is a sign out at the road or the numbers and a recent picture but we loved it and plan on coming back soon thanks Rita

The cabin was very clean, updated, had all of the amenities that we needed and was very close to all of the shops and places we planned to visit on this trip. It made for a great experience. Would definitely book this cabin again.

Liked the location. Drove around and saw some elk and visited the center. Had a relaxing time with friends.

We booked our trip last minute, mainly because this cabin was available for the dates we wanted. Cabin was clean and cozy. The owners messaged us and we were even able to get access about an hour earlier than scheduled. Would stay here again, its so close to Benezzete and the Elk Viewing Center.

Neat, clean, tidy place with comfortable furniture! Nice decorations. 2 nice porches. Good water pressure!The heat was even turned up for us when we arrived!Only thing we didn't like was the occassional smell of propane from the lovely fireplace.

very nice and relaxing

The house was clean. Heated up fast with just the kitchen unit. We enjoy fires outside and were hoping to see elk coming through the wooded area as many reviews said. However, it has since been logged and not cared for in any way. The fire pit was much closer to the house and the wooden swing in the pic was a now a plastic swing. It didn’t even look like the same yard from the pictures on Vrbo. There is a house right next to this one so it’s not private if you are at the fire pit and they are out too. The kitchen had everything and again it was all very clean. Bring your own sheets/blankets/towels as nothing is provided.

Everything was good, I came to see elk , elusive buggars but other that was easy to get food attractions easy to find . Property is as states place was clean and orderly thank you for our stay.

Very nice and cozy place

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was so clean and quaint. So close to the town of benezette and the outdoor porch swing was amazing so was the fire pit. We celebrated our engagement at the cabin and I can’t think of anywhere else we would rather celebrate! We will be back

We like that the trees have been cut back, it gives a better view of the sky at night!

Pleasant and comfortable, clean. Everything was as described with nothing negative that I can think of. Saw a heard of Elk walk along side the cabin which was fun.

Great location, place was clean. Had everything that we needed. Out back grass could have been cut but not a big deal. Would rent again 😊
