This house was not at all what was pictured. It’s had lots of repairs done and seemed like the cheapest way possible. The door code didn’t work when we got there we had to call to get an emergency code. The stairs throughout the house were okay but in the main bedroom downstairs it got a little sketchy. The house also is very unlevel. Some of that is totally understandable for being in the mountains but this was pretty bad and very noticeable. However despite the issues we had the customer service we received was top notch! Tiffany is amazing to deal with, made our entire process seem like a piece of cake. I can’t thank you enough personally for all you did. We ended up changing to a different property and completely fell in love with it. We will be back for sure! This will be an annual trip now and Tiffany will always be the first we call.

The Midtown Lodge check-in process was very easy. The entry code didn’t populate in the portal but the office was very quick and accommodating to get the code in a timely manner. The back yard was fenced and was perfect for our dog to use without any hassle. The beds were comfortable and the fans and Ac worked great. The hot tub was a big hit with our kiddos. There were some awkward stairs in the backyard and inside so it may be concerning for families with younger toddlers or older adults with mobility problems. Our older dog seemed to have slight difficulty getting around. But not so bad that we wouldn’t book again. The kitchen was well appointed and it had everything we could think of for meals in the cabin. We still had to drive to find parking for the shops and restaurants close by as it was just too far to walk. However it was still a good home base for our three night stay. The bathrooms were very spacious and the whole lodge gave us room to stretch out and rest. The driveway is true to the description as it’s a right turn on a steep hill. Our midsized suv handled it fine. We would book again for sure!

Parking was VERY difficult. Not made for bigger vehicles… could not park under the cover. (Expedition and Bigger trucks) Bed and under the couch was full of dog/cat hair and it was on the “washed” sheets and pillows. Never could get the code to the hot tub that was advertised. Just not what we expected.
