We like the location. Not too crowded. The backyard is fun. Have stayed before and would stay again. It’s a little overstocked with kitchen supplies.

the host, Vacasa was more concerned about getting more fees for early or late check in or out than taking care of the property. it was dirty and worn out. the furniture in ther living room was very worn, futon upstairs was broken, some of the kitchen cabinet were crooked. the fridge was cold but the ice and water in the door did not function. the vacuum was clogged so we fixed it and as we cleaned up some of the kids dirt, they tracked in we could see the carpet had not been cleaned in a long time, 6 times we had to empty. litter in the yard, beer cans and cigarette butts. neighbor's dog came over poop in the yard. the welcome binder was grimy and dirty. no good instructions relating to what to do with towels and bedding. the hand soap has been watered down in the bathroom. kitchen cabinets were well stocked, hot tub better than most rentals.

The interior of this home was very outdated. The carpet is filthy and stained, but the owners request that travelers take their shoes off (?). It was very dusty and there were a lot of cobwebs. There was only one garbage bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights. The hot tub had a brown slime ring around the water line, and dirt in the bottom. Reached out to property manager, who was responsive. However, no one came to clean out the hot tub until the third day so we could not use it the first two nights of our stay. Once clean, it was enjoyable. The pellet stove and grill were nice and useful. This property is located in a beautiful area.

There is no real air circulation in the house and only 2 fans. One ceiling fan and one small oscillating. The roof is peeling back. Yard maintenance hasn't been done in a month so my kids couldn't play outside in the yard. We paid after fees 400 dollars a day there. It's not worth the money. I will be going to hotel instead.

I'd always heard about McCall and how beautiful it was - it certainly did not disappoint! We loved the cabin! It was warm and welcoming, very well stocked. Had a blast searching for hot springs and shopping in the cute little town. The sunny weather was amazing! We'd love to come back in see it in the winter!

Good amount of room and a great upstairs for kids. Style feels like a cabin and is true to the photos. Cable worked, wifi worked, hot tub worked. Loved that it is in a quiet and secluded-feeling area even though there are neighbors. Hot tub is a major bonus (would not have booked without it) and there are two swings in the backyard, plus a place for a fire pit. It’s a quick drive to downtown McCall and near a Ridley’s, which is great if you plan to cook there. Four stars for cleanliness as there were beer bottles and cans left on the back porch when we arrived. The cleaning fee was more than the cost of the housing for two nights, which was disappointing when walking in to someone else’s garbage and being asked to do the cleaning before check out. There were heavily worn carpet remnants lining the high traffic areas throughout the downstairs, so recommend future guests remove shoes so these can be done away with.
