MASSIVE 9 BEDROOM LUXURY CABIN! PERFECT FOR REUNIONS AND RETREATS!

House is huge and gorgeous. Plenty of space and easy access to national parks. Some issues with tech or movie bbq and kitchen but overall a nice stay. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cooking needs.

Great set up for our group of 4 families. Tons of space! Quiet neighborhood and lots of wildlife! House was stocked with everything we needed and more. Host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had.

although there was a power outage when we arrived, after it got dark, the power came back! we luv the house: the size, the cleanliness, and the best is the theater l! its actually our second stay, the only down side is that the sink at the basement was leaking, which i believed can be resolved soon! other than that, it still 5 star for me!

We have loved renting this home a few times over the past several years for our HS Retreats! Everything about this house is top notch, clean, great floor plan and beautifully decorated with amenities perfect for groups! It is in a beautiful location and easy to get to outdoor excursions in Zion. We hope to rent this place again!

Huge house has great amenities will recomended for big families. We had a great time , we cook, play games ,when outdoors for snow boading and use their jaccuzi. Very easy intrunctions to get to the house as for check out.

Such a fun home! Everyone loved it. The kitchen was amazing and so easy to cook in and serve from. It was also well stocked with all the items needed to cook with as well as spices. Bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms were so nice for everyone. The bunk room for all the little boys was great. The theater room was nice as well. We had room to gather, play games around the tables, and loved the fireplace since it was winter when we went. The location was so close to the east entrance of Zions. The surrounding area is beautiful.

The property is set up very nicely for large groups. We had 29 people for a family reunion. The internet was lacking, we couldn’t really stream anything without lots of buffering. But we weren’t really there to be on the internet. We really enjoyed going into Zion each day and just having fun being together.

By far one of the best cabins we have stayed at. Gorgeous cabin and So spacious worked perfectly for our family reunion. Cabin was fully stocked with everything needed. A experience.

5 stars doesn't do this place justice. The location is perfect between Zion and Bryce. It is enormous with everything you could imagine.

This beautiful home accommodated 17 of us comfortably during our stay. The kitchen is big and well equipped, dining area is spacious plus living room is huge, so it’s perfect for our family reunion. The host is very responsive, Check in is easy. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Thank you Chris.

This place is amazing and fully stocked better than any place I have ever stayed. Great place for our girls trip as there was a lot of us. Star gazing at night off the deck was our favorite.

We had a wonderful stay! There were about 30 of us, and we all fit great. The house had plenty of seating options with big rooms, and a wonderful kitchen that made meals easy and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-kept. The location is beautiful too -- one morning it rained, and it was amazing to sit in the giant living room by the big windows and watch the storm roll through. At night, the stars were gorgeous. Overall, the home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing trip to Zion. Highly recommend!

What an amazing property. Plenty to do, great sleeping arrangements, with nearly every bedroom having direct access to a bathroom. Hot Tub was awesome. Proximity to activities and parks was terrific.

This beautiful home accommodated our large family group very nicely. The kitchen was very well equipped to meet our needs for meal preparation, food storage, counter space and seating. We will certainly recommend it to others we know who might have a similar need.

This house is beautiful! We had 25 family members here and they all loved it. The kitchen had all the appliances and pots and pans as well as dishes for a large group. It is very secluded though, so bring all your groceries with you. The teenagers especially liked the theater and the hot tub. We had a photographer come on Saturday and the grounds around the house made for some beautiful pics of our family. I contacted our host a couple times with questions and he responded within a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here last weekend of July in 2025. It was our yearly family reunion. We loved the home. Very clean, well stocked and the owner was very nice and easy to get a hold of. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back in the future.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crown Zion. The house has plenty of space for a large group. Very clean. Host is very responsive to any questions. Would not hesitate to recommend the stay to anyone.

This was a great home for our family to get together! It was well stocked and felt very spacious, even when all twenty-something of us were there:) The deck, garage, and driveway allowed plenty of space for parking, game nights, and corn hole tournaments. There was plenty of seating for meals and for visiting. The movie room was nice also. Would definitely come back. The only thing I would check is what it costs for activities at Zion Ponderosa.

The house was amazing! So well stocked and spacious. The amount of kid spaces available is fabulous when you have 9 boys to entertain. We had excursions planned in Kanab, Zion, and Bryce Canyon so this was the perfect mid point location.

We loved our stay at the cabin at Zion Ponderosa Ranch. It was spacious and offered amazing views of the surrounding landscape. The cabin was the perfect setting for our event and made our trip truly memorable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property for our women’s retreat! The home had spacious areas that were perfect for gathering, worship, and quiet reflection. Its location—right between Bryce Canyon and Zion—allowed us to explore both parks with ease, making it the perfect home base for adventure and rest.One of our favorite features was the media room, where we gathered for teaching and worship. Having the ability to display lyrics on the screen created such a meaningful and immersive worship experience.If you're looking for a peaceful, spacious, and well-equipped retreat space in southern Utah, we can't recommend this property enough!

We absolutely loved Crown Zion. It was exactly what we were looking for-fun for everyone to spread out and do what they wanted to. It's spacious and cozy. We loved the kitchen supplies, from spices to extra appliances, allowing us to prep large meals easily. The movie theater was a plus. We highly recommend Crown Zion and we will stay here again!

My family really enjoyed the jewel of Zion, it just happen to snow the day before we got there so the kids enjoyed building snowman, everyone loved the hot tub and the theater. If you ever visit Utah and need a home with space and character i recommend this beautiful home

My family booked this house in June of 2024 for a large family reunion and I can't say enough great things about it! Chris was very easy to communicate with and made sure everything was great at check-in and throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, the deck space was lovely, all of the games provided were much used and appreciated. It was a great house for a large group. The kids loved the theater room and being walking distance to the lodge was great. We went down for lunch, milkshakes, to play volleyball, pet the goats, there was so much to do! I highly recommend this place!

Everything about this property is 1st class, including the property manager.

We had a family gathering for a winter holiday with all ages. The house was perfect for what we needed. It was supplied with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen with several appliances for large crowds. The location was far enough away but close enough to all the sites you would want. We got in hiking in Zion, snowboarding in Brianhead, and pink sand boarding g in Kanub. The beds were comfortable with plenty of towels and blankets. The steam room was a big hit and the outdoor spa hit the spot after hiking. Chris was fast to respond to all our communication and check in was simple. And let’s not forget the movie theater, what a blast. Thank you Chris for providing a family memory we won’t forget.

Fantastic accommodation that comfortably houses

The pictures for this place didn’t do any justice for what the in person experience was. There were 7 couples celebrating our 5 year anniversary and everyone said it was their best cabin experience. The movie theater was a hit! We are already planning to make this a yearly getaway.

Our group of 17 had a marvelous time at the house east of Zion. We hiked North Rim to South Rim of the Grand Canyon and arrived at the Zion house the following day. Along our way, we stopped to tour Antelope Canyon in Page, Az. The house was PERFECT! More than enough rooms for everyone to have privacy. Two washers and dryers for our sweaty hiking clothes was a treat! The kitchen was huge but our favorite spot to relax was the back deck. At one point, we grabbed pillows and blankets and laid on the deck staring at the stars! It was magical! The only issue was that we should have booked more time there! Highly recommend this house for large groups!

We had a reunion at this property. It was fantastic in just about every way. While there we did an adventure tour from the Zion Ponderosa Resort, which was also great. The accommodations are perfect for large families. We will consider returning again in the future because it was so easy and comfortable.

Beautiful location and large, comfortable house! The cabin served our purpose well. Our students were in awe of the size and layout and everyone was comfortable in their rooms. There were some slight issues with appliances -- the second morning the oven had an error code and didn't work for the rest of the stay, despite no issues the night before. The microwave also seemed to be very weak. This caused some inconvenience and had to be worked around for dinner on the second night. Finally, one of the reclining chairs in the theatre reclined normally when operated, but did not respond after reclining. (All appliances were used properly and carefully. Our students are very respectful.) Otherwise, it was a good stay and we appreciate the owner's hospitality in allowing us to check in early on our first day.

Amazing property. Has everything you need and much more

Had a large family gathering here with multiple generations. Plenty of room for everybody, the place is really big! Kitchen had everything you’d need. Kids loved the hot tub and theater room. Location is beautiful, not exactly easy to get to Zion even though it’s pretty close as the crow flies, but that’s true of basically everywhere unless you’re staying right in Springdale. The two small criticisms are some of the furniture was pretty ratty and it could use more in the way of games. There was a popashot but the scoreboard didn’t work and the balls were in pretty sad shape. I would expect a little more in the way of rec stuff since most people who stay here are probably going to have teenagers and kids.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It is spacious and very comfortable. We plan to return for a future vacation!

We stayed in this beautiful home during our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The house is magnificent with great amenities and playoff room for large groups! Having ample room and facilities made our trip that much more amazing! I can’t express how great this property was.

We loved staying at the spacious luxury cabin!

There is so much to like about this property. Instead of high end glass and marble finishes, the owners seem to have wisely invested in fun and functional items that make this stay one of a kind. There’s a hot tub, ping pong table, pop a shot, sauna, huge deck with fire pit, and the biggest home movie theater I’ve ever seen! There are so many kitchen accoutrements that are often missing from other similar properties- so hosting meals in the dining room or outside is a breeze. It’s also located less than a mile from Ponderosa Ranch so if you don’t want to worry about cooking after a day of hiking, just pop down to the restaurant.if you have a large group and are planning on visiting Zion, this is the place you need to stay.

Had everything you need!

Our whole family gathered for a week from across the country. This turned out to be the perfect house. Lots of rooms and amenities. The host was great and very responsive.

Very nice place! The carpeting was very dirty. It needs a major clean! The place was clean other than the carpets.
