Our first booking canceled due to a change in property management. I am so glad they did because we were able to book this one instead. Every bedroom has a bathroom. Hot tub warmed up quickly. Couch and theater room were cozy for lounging. Everything was perfect. Also, Anakeesta is a must when in the Pigeon Forge area!

Perfect for multiple families with children! The pool and game tables provided hours of entertainment for the little ones. Pool is equipped with plenty of safety features to ensure children cannot get in unsupervised. Home was nicely stocked with all the necessities you would need! Would definitely rent again if we visit the area again.

We had a blast! This cabin has everything we could have possibly wanted. Beautiful cabin and was so convenient to town. Great communication with the owners. Super clean. We would definitely recommend.

Great location!

Very spacious house with a lot of amenities and things to do. The heated pool and hot tub were an added bonus along with the movie theater room. We took full advantage of this cabin for our 4 day stay

Great location. Off the path and room to walk in the community. But close enough to still be at everything in 10 mins. House was very clean, hot tub well maintained as well.

It was very peaceful and quiet at the cabin. The host was very helpful: great instructions, great communication, and quick responses. The cabin, hot tub, and pool were all very clean! It was well stocked and extremely comfortable. We had 7 people, but it could easily and comfortably sleep 12! we highly recommend the Sunshine Bear Castle! We loved the theater and game room!

We are so pleased with our stay! Everything was perfect. The cabin offered so many perks for our children as well as the adults.

Perfect log cabin for our mountain stay! Plenty of room for our 2 families, the kids especially enjoyed the movie room and the hot tub. Home was well equipped and had everything we needed.

The cabin was very clean and had shower and pool towels! The hosts answered questions as soon as I sent them. Everything was in distance of where we needed to go! I can’t wait to come back!

A great bedroom/bathroom layout for a week-long extended family vacation! Close enough to fun activities, but tucked away in the hills. Would absolutely recommend!

This cabin was great for our family getaway. We were able to quickly access Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was very clean and the kids loved the theatre room.

This is by far the cleanest cabin we've had in the 4 years we've been renting in the Smokys! Everything was super clean and the amenities were great! We had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful long weekend! The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the theater room, hot tub and pool. Everyone said their bed slept well. We would definitely visit again.

We were all so impressed with our stay here. It was perfect and I nor any of the other guests have anything but positive to say about Sunshine Bear. We are pretty picky people and was satisfied with everything.

We had such an amazing time! We were excited for the indoor pool but it was better than we could have expected! There was plenty to keep the kids entertained through the whole trip. I would definitely book again. It was clean and in a great location to all attractions.

Really appreciated the easy check in and out process! Great home for children. I would absolutely stay again but did have a few things I didn’t read beforehand but may be helpful for future guests. - Really appreciated the Christmas tree and decor. - pool was room temp but didn’t seem to be heated. Loved that the door to the pool had a lock with a passcode. - home theater tv was struggling to stream. Didn’t have issue with any other TV but that one. - Beds were very firm and only two pillows per bed. - parking area can hold max 3 cars Thanks again for the easy self service particularly for check-in!!

Cabin was in a great location about 7 minutes from pigeon forge main strip. The rooms accommodated the entire family. The games were a big hit for the kids.

Beautiful and very clean cabin. Our family loved the theater room and our grandkids loved the pool! The beds were also very comfortable. Hot tub was great. Plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!!

Beautiful property, an amazing stay!

The cabin was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It is in a gated community but on the end of a row of cabins so you only have one neighbor, wwhich was nice.

Property was in good condition and very nice. The entire property was very clean and neat except the pool area. We were well accommodated having a family of 9 including our 1 year old.

This was a perfect size for our group and was so close & convenient to everything! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and movie room!
