Great owner, like staying in someone’s real high end home that is decorated tastefully. Do not beleive any negative reviews you will see, there must be something wrong with anyone who would not give this property 10 out of 10.

MooseMac is a truly special place wiling something for everyone. Owner Chris was exceptional in communication and problem-solving. We were there for nine days and loved every one of them!

Incredible weekend getaway. The cabin was gorgeous, clean and more than we could have asked for. From the moment we booked the owner was in regular communication to make sure everything was perfect for us. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and we walked in to a Happy Birthday banner and a bottle of wine. It was the perfect start to a weekend full of memories.

The property was very beautiful in a very cool area with lots to do and easy access to downtown Blue Ridge. My family had a wonderful time.

Awesome cabin, great location, and good roads all the way. Host was attentive and has furnished the cabin with more than needed.

The hosts were extremely pleasant and set up a very special Valentine’s Day for my husband and I this past weekend. The amenities were perfect. We will definitely use them again.

The owners had decorated for our Christmas visit which was wonderful. We had plenty of space. The kitchen is well set up for cooking, even a holiday meal! The views are beautiful and we were only 2 hours from home. Thanks Chris.

Chris was very informative! This cabin is the best! We've stayed in several cabins in the North GA Mtns and several houses and condos on the beach. This one is by far the best we've ever stayed in. It's fully stocked with everything you need. The views are beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, the road is paved all the way to the house. We will definitely stay here again.

Owners were THE most accommodating owners we’ve ever experienced. Very helpful and communicative. Property is amazing with the best views and has all the fun things to do while staying. Location is easy to get to and very convenient to various activities! Will definitely stay there again!

Excellent Cabin, very beautiful! I rented for 10 days, and had family come up and join me when they could. Everyone enjoyed the cabin, the pool table, the fire pit and fireplace on the side porch we're all hits. Wonderful host as well. I recommend!

What a beautiful cabin with a gorgeous view. Hot tub was ready to go for us and the fire pit was big enough for all of us. Great trip. We will be back.

There is a reason this home and host gets 5 stars ratings on a consistent basis. The home is beautiful, location private and secluded, and the host was amazing to work with throughout the process. The view of the mountains from the patio is a fabulous place to start the day with a cup of coffee or finish with a glass of wine. We loved the kitchen and outdoor grill to prepare some home cooked meals. The town of Blue Ridge is a short drive away and offers wonderful shopping and dining options. Thanks to our great hosts!

If you are considering a trip to Blue Ridge, this is the place to stay. The cabin is so beautiful, the view is incredible and the cabin is fully stocked with everything you might need. It was almost like staying at a hotel without all the other people. We rented MooseMac for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone (my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law, two year old granddaughter and 19 year old son), even the baby got her own room. The master bathroom is stunning. The cabin is located on a full paved mountain road. We saw plenty of dear & rabbits and loved relaxing in the hot tub watching the lightning bugs. The owner was very responsive & helpful. I can’t recommend this beautiful mountain home enough!!

Everything about our stay at Moosemac Cabin was excellent. It is absolutely beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The host went above and beyond to provide information and make sure our stay was pefect!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at this cabin. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the accommodations were top-notch—clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We loved grilling out in the evenings and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating, which made everything even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The cabin is quite lovely. The main floor is a great gathering place. Plenty of room in the kitchen for prepping and cooking. We brought all of our food and beverages so that we didn’t have to make any unnecessary trips- our host informed us that stores were not convenient. He was right! There was plenty of seasoned firewood and we enjoyed cozy fires each night. I was the lucky one who stayed in the master suite. It was spacious,well-appointed, uniquely decorated, and I felt quite guilty not sharing it! Plenty of thermostats to keep comfortable in all areas and floors. The weather was cold and rainy, and we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor fireplace or hot tub. A good thing to know- the hot tub is drained and refilled after each renting. Had we had one more day, we would have enjoyed the hot tub. For women who “don’t do hot tubs”, that’s saying a lot! I would absolutely recommend the Moosemac Cabin!

What a wonderful family vacation we had. Everyone enjoyed the cabin very much. We had campfires, played games, read, relaxed, ate dinners together, and so much more. I am so glad we did this. Chris is an excellent host. He was right on top of every question we had pertaining to the cabin. He offered suggestions of things to do in the area. He made sure we felt at home. Absolutely loved it!

This property has a spectacular view of the Great Smoky mountains. Not only that, each house/cabin on this privately owned road, seems to have no other obstructions for its own views. The house was clean and inviting upon first entering it, but what I noticed immediately, is the view. The cabin has plenty of woodwork for a rustic feel with numerous modern amenities and creature comforts. There was so much to do in the surrounding areas and the homeowner even provided a thorough guide to all the attractions as well as a detailed map to help get you there. Chris was always a quick text or phone call away if anything happened or if I needed a quick answer. Pretty much whatever a person needs while staying at this treasure of a home is provided. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and his care for both his home and for those who choose to stay in it for a respite. I would recommend this place to anyone and would enjoy staying again.
