Amazing! Everything you could think of provided. Quiet, clean and amazing location! Three little birds is a gem, you will not be disappointed! We can’t wait to book with them again.

The cabin was amazing - well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor deck and hot tub. The grill was an added bonus as well! Thanks for letting us use your cabin!

This cabin was beautiful and in a great area! The inside was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with the utensils and pans that we needed for our stay.

Our family has traveled a good bit over the years and this cabin was far and away the best. We loved everything from the well-equipped kitchen to the entertainment to the beds at night. The family agreed that we will try to find a reason to come back since we were there for a wedding.

I would give the cabin a ten star if I could! It was beautiful, very clean, extremely well stocked.(better than my own kitchen!) So many extras that you never see. Even a craft room to occupy your time! The communication was great, also!

Great for family. Nice out of the way cabin that is close enough to tourists spots. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

The host was wonderful and communicated quickly and provided great recommendations. The cabin was very nice and cozy having everything you would need and then some with the most relaxing porches. Close to entrance to National Park. If you plan to spend most of your time in tourist areas, you need to allow extra driving time to and from. Quiet neighborhood but you can hear a busy roadway.

Had everything we wanted. Well supplied. Access road and driveway are a bit skinny.

Best cabin we’ve stayed at. Everything was well stocked, clean, great pans etc. Hopefully can come back next year. Easy access to park and other towns.

Cabin was just as described. Well furnished and comfortable. The hosts are very gracious. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was awesome. Very clean and stocked with so many amenities, supplies, games etc. the only negative is that the chemicala in the hot tub were messed up so when people got in it smelled and made them cough. The hosts apologized and issued a credit.

A lovingly cared for family home. Everything we needed- plus! While we had a mostly rainy weekend there was plenty to do. Highly recommend

This property is beautiful and just as described! All of the little things (like tons of board games and marshmallow roasting sticks) really made our stay amazing! There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We loved this property and will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

This cabin is great is you’re looking for a place to get away. It feels very secluded beneath the tree canopy. There were loads of activities for my kids - 9, 7, & 5 - available to use in the house. When you need to get out it’s just a few minutes to the national park for stellar hiking. Hands down the most well-stocked house we have rented. Exceptional hosts!

The house was outstanding! There wasn't a single item that we needed that wasn't provided!!!Everything was clean, easy to use, and functional. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home and hoping to return again!!!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay in the three birds cabin. We are planning on staying again in the future.

My husband and I have celebrated two of our anniversaries at the 3 Little Birds cabin. Patty and Chris have thoughtfully provided everything needed for a comfortable stay — all you need to bring are your clothes and food. We look forward to returning in the future

This cabin was definitely as nice as described. The owners provided everything we needed for outdoor activities, cooking meals at the cabin, cleaning, and relaxing. We loved the pre-chopped firewood under cover right by the fire pit. My youngest daughter loved all the toys in the upstairs office/playroom and in the garage. Thr beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the porch swing and rocking chairs.I only gave 4 stars for location, due to the fact that we did have to drive a bit to get into the national park, due to the nearby cosby entrance being closed for maintenance (not any fault of the cabin owners, of course!) But the small neighborhood inself was very nice, safe, and quiet.Would definitely recommend this cabin. We loved every minute.

We went down for Thanksgiving for our family vacation, minus a few major setbacks while we were there, it was amazing. Between the hot tub to relax or sitting on the swing on the front porch and reading, listening to the animals, it was amazing. I can’t wait to go back. That was one vacation I will always remember.

The cabin is perfect. Wonderfully furnished and has everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen, to tasteful bedrooms, to the back deck and fire pit. It really feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying at the Three Little Birds cabin - you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful stay at 3 Little Birds! The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace was perfect for relaxing. We loved having our morning coffee on the front and back porches. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway! Thank you Patty for sharing your lovely cabin with us. 🍂

The best appointed home we have ever stayed in, everything you need, plus things you did not even know you needed. Convenient to Gatlinburg and NP, we love Cosby and often stay there when visiting. Road in back of property is a bit noisy, but nothing that would deter me from staying again. The hosts are wonderful and communicative. How’s was so clean and well taken care of. What a treasure.

7 of us stayed at this cabin from 7/19-7/27 and it was perfect. It was far enough away from the business of Gatlinburg but close to many fun adventures. It was super quiet, I wouldn’t necessarily call it a neighborhood as there were only a few houses but it was quiet and surrounded by beauty! The cabin has absolutely everything you need. The 2nd day there our car battery died and it pretty much took all day to get it fixed. The kids all kept themselves busy with games and the hot tub and were not disappointed we couldn’t head out for the day. Great place for families and lots to do!
