Luxury Cabin Retreat. Perfect for Family Fun or Romantic Get Away

Girls getaway was perfect!! Super clean, nicely decorated with everything we needed! ( except step stool to reach wine glass's)So enjoyed the fire place and had lovely weather.Close to downtown but a little getaway with some woods. Would love to bring our bikes back. This cabin was EXACTLY what we had envisioned for a restful, peaceful, quiet weekend. The whole cabin vibe from the fireplace to the wood plank walls, soft lighting and cozy furniture were absolutely perfect. The cabin was clean upon arrival. There was nothing to do but turn the fireplace on and relax. The beds were very comfortable. There was enough space for everyone. The cabin was exactly as pictured. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

This cabin was perfect for our ladies’ trip accommodating the 7 of us very well. It was incredibly clean and we instantly felt “at home”. It’s conveniently located close to both downtown Douglas and Saugatuck providing us with a couple of days of shopping and dining. We definitely have plans of returning.

It was a nice cabin. We enjoyed the time we spent there. A couple of things we didn’t love. No mention that we should probably bring our own wash cloths. There were maybe 4 to use? Plenty of towels, but nowhere enough washcloths. Also, asking guests who have paid to stay, along with a cleaning fee to strip all beds and start washing them is crazy!! I get starting the dish washer , and taking your own trash out. But, a 10 o’clock sharp check out while asking so much of guests to add onto their list of things to do before departing was a bit of a shock. We travel a lot! And that was a first. Just a thought!

Our absolute favorite place to stay! Luxe-woodsy feel of the house makes for a nice atmosphere. Our kids love playing with the provided games and toys, eating breakfast on the screened in porch, swimming in the pool and off the dock at the lake! We love the responsive hosts, dock to the lake, well stocked kitchen, multiple places to relax, and that our kids love it! Only complaint is the upstairs gets hot. Needs more vents or a ceiling fan. No big deal - we’ll still be back!

This is our 3rd year renting this vacation home and we are never disappointed. A little miscommunication with the cleaning staff but Host Brian responded immediately. After dinner out we returned to a spotless cabin. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT. Clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was wonderful for our family of 5. Kids ages 6,4,2. They had a booster chair for our littlest one, tons of beach toys, and toys in the upstairs loft that our kids found. We will definitely be booking again for next summer. I think we found our go to spot! Thank you!

I was in town for 2 nights for a wedding and needed a place for myself and adult kids to stay. The cabin was nice with some small areas that could use some attention- the front steps are uneven, the enclosed porch smells like cigarette smoke and there was no hair dryer there. I purposely did not bring one because almost all places have one and it was on the list of amenities. Besides those things I found especially the upstairs area with the large tub, shower and full size mirror to be perfect to get ready for the wedding. I didn’t have a chance to enjoy the pool or outdoor fire pit.

Nice place for the whole family to stay. Plenty of places to sleep.

Very cute property. Had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of kitchen and laundry supplies. Plenty of seating. Only 2 issues, ice maker in the freezer didn't work, messaged the owner, ended up googling how to fix it, still didn't work. The upstairs bathroom window had no covering. From inside the shower we looked out through the trees to the business on the other side of the road and watched people going in and out. In the summer this wouldn't be a concern, but there were very few leaves during our visit. Showers in the dark... (also messaged the owner hoping they had something available in the house, nope...)

The cabin exceeded our all of our expectations. The instructions sent beforehand were clear. The cabin was spotless and well stocked. It was homey and spacious at the same time. The decor was was fun. The location was super convenient. We are hope to come back!

Came to Saugatuk for our daughter’s wedding. This cabin was perfect, right down the road from the venue. It’s cozy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a great stay! Great place for our family holiday vacation. Lots to do even in winter. Cozy and family friendly cabin.

We spent Thanksgiving here with our son and his wife. It was a cold weekend and this was a lovely, cozy home to gather in. Plus the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking some rather elaborate meals. The knives were dull, but that’s to be expected in a rental. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was the perfect place for an easy and relaxing fall break. So clean and even better than the pictures! We hope to stay again.

Five adult family members stayed at the cabin for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The cabin is warm and welcoming. It is very clean, and well kept. The only possible negative I could offer is that it is located close to a fairly busy road, and we could hear the road noise at night. Something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, swimming pool and house was equipped with everything we needed

This lodge was so clean, plenty of room for 5 women, kitchen was stocked. Beds very comfortable, quiet & very safe location. Pool & walking trail a big plus. Only contacted our host once prior to trip & Brian responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
