Luxury Cabin Minutes to Downtown Blue Ridge

We decided to have a family getaway to Blueridge for Christmas. We love coming to the Georgia mountains because it’s an easy drive from Atlanta. This cabin was spectacular! There was plenty of room and we were especially happy that it was decked out for Christmas so we were able to put our gifts under the tree! The kitchen was well equipped and there wasn’t anything lacking in terms of utensils, pot, pans, etc. I was able to prepare a standing rib roast for Christmas dinner courtesy of the available meat probes! The only misfire was a missing remote in one of the bedrooms but we picked up a universal remote at Walmart which was just up the road in Ellijay. We appreciated the dining recommendations the hosts provided and we had an amazing dinner at The Black Sheep. There was plenty of firewood and we made use of the fireplace. We had a great time and we would definitely come back again!

Lucky Pines is by far the best rental cabin I have found. It is immaculately clean and extremely well appointed. It lacked nothing!! We enjoyed all the amenities and had a relaxing time. This will be my go to mountain rental in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This cabin was located in a beautiful area in Blue Ridge Georgia. The views were spectacular. The outdoor sitting areas were so roomy. The furniture was so comfortable inside and out . There was nothing you needed except your groceries if you wanted to have meals there . We had all our meals there . The cabin was so clean. I can’t say enough about this property! if you don’t go you are missing out ! We will go back !

Our trip was amazing! The cabin was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed (the hot tub was an added bonus)! There were extra towels, toiletries, even pantry items. Highly, highly recommend!

We stay at this cabin every summer in Blue Ridge. It is our family favorite. It is big and spacious, cozy and decorated so pretty. The mountain views from the 2 large back porches are incredible. The kitchen is a dream and has every dish, utensil, spice you could possibly need. The kids love the game room/movie room with a door that leads right to the jacuzzi. Downtown Blue Ridge with all the shops & restaurants is 10 minutes from the cabin. We will be back for a 3rd time guaranteed!

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at this fabulous cabin. We felt a warm welcome as we opened the door to this extremely clean, stocked with supplies, surrounded by gorgeous views and all just mins from downtown Blue Ridge. We loved that the amazing hosts provided lots of ideas for things to do in the welcome binder, plenty of fun games, an amazing and clean atmosphere indoor and outdoor for relaxing. They thought if every detail to make our stay memorable. We 100% will be recommending this cabin to everyone and have already booked our next visit

After arriving I noticed some rooms were colder than others. After taking out the trash, I decided to walk around the property to check it out. This is when I noticed that several windows and doors were open and unlocked. I immediately walked inside to close and secure every door and window. I found 7-10 were open or unlocked including the basement. I then reach out to the owners to express my concerns for the lack of security and requested a temporary security code for the alarm system. To my surprise, the owners responded with a nonchalant message, no apology and no temporary code. Needless to say I was upset. One day while sitting in the living room, I hear what sounded like my wife screaming, I get up to head towards the basement and my daughter ran out looking terrified and my wife runs out the basement screaming with my baby also terrified, saying “don’t go down there, it’s a bat, it’s a bat!” I said a bat? She said “yes a bat flew out the laundry room, while was doing laundry and chased our daughter to the sofa in the theater area, and started jumping and flapping on the couch as she tried to dodge it. I reached down and grabbed her and ran up the stairs with both the kids.” I reached out to the owners to let them know what happened and they said the would send the ‘maintenance’ guy over to remove it. After following up for 6 hours and no one showing up, I told them that I needed to go down to get my clothes, that’s when he shows up. I could tell he absolutely did not want to do it and mentioned that it was not something that was a part of his job and that there was a good chance he could die if he caught rabies. This made sense and explained why it took so long. He put on a long coat, mask and gloves and grabbed a large plastic bag to get ready to head down. He never caught the bat and said it left back out, but said there was no way to be 100% sure. The owners reached out with an apology and said they would send out pest services, but it would not be until after I left and hope that I “enjoyed the rest of my holiday and had safe traveled heading back”. No offer of consultation was offered. I asked for for a full refund. They thought about it for two days. I then had to follow up. They credited 1/4 and have ignored me every since. My family could have gotten rabies and died, my daughter may be traumatized for life, but a full refund was “excessive”? Stay away.

We had a lovely stay with teenagers and grandparents! There was plenty of room for everyone to sit together for dinner or read quietly in their own spaces. We loved the outdoor fireplace and scenery. Everything was clean and perfectly stocked! Thank you!

The cabin was beautiful. They thought of everything. Lots of nice little touches that made the cabin extra special. If you are looking for a cabin to spend a relaxing weekend this is it. The firepit area outside was great. Everyone in my party said to remember this one!!!

Everything was just perfect about this cabin. The owners were attentive to every detail, even providing bottled water, toilet tissue and paper towels. The cabin is spacious and very clean! The owners assured us that the hot tub is drained and cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay, so that made us feel more comfortable in using the hot tub, and what a great feeling it was to relax in the hot tub in the cooler weather. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in Blue Ridge, which is just a short 5 to 10 minute drive away. While you are staying in Blue Ridge, ride the train! But reserve it early! Thank you to the owners of this cabin who share it with the general public so we too can enjoy a little piece of heaven on earth in the mountains of Blue Ridge! We would stay here again, and hope to one day!
