Luxury Cabin: 3 Kings, Hot Tub, Fireplace, Lg Deck

We loved this cabin, very cozy for the family for adults and children.

Worst experience I have ever had! The owner does not maintain his very steep driveway, leaving it dangerous no navigate. When I arrived for my ski weekend with my children and parents the condition of the roads was perfect until just after passing his neighbor's entrance. His entrance had a few inches of ice. The conditions were so bad we could not drive up, so we tried to walk. My dad fell and slid about 100 feet downhill until stopping. When we asked for our money back (because we were unable to physically access the property) the owner refused! He wasn't even decent enough to offer to send someone right away to salt in an attempt to rectify the problem. I guess we will see him in court! Save your money and frustration by renting elsewhere!

We had a great stay. The cabin is comfortable and well equipped.

The cabin itself was really nice. All the furniture was comfortable and clean. Great location, very close to Banner Elk. Unfortunately, some of the amenities were not in great condition. The icemaker was broken when we arrived, and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been serviced recently. The ConciAir Team was slow to reply to our messages, but did apologize for the inconveniences. That all being said, I would be willing to stay there again if they agreed to address the hot tub issue.

This was an incredible place to stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was in perfect condition for guests and I hope to return.

What a beautiful home, thank you for your hospitality. It was perfect for us, just what we needed after a day of skiing, to unwind and relax in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great location and wonderful cabin. Fast reaction from the host. Simple check in and out.

In case of snow or ice, 4 wheel drive or chains is a necessity. Meadow drive is not plowed or treated. If you are visiting in winter, be forewarned!

Everything in this cabin was perfect. The furnishings were very comfortable and in great condition. Beautifully decorated and so very cozy. Was well represented and with nothing to complain about.

Very nice cabin on the top of the mountain. Owner needs to upgrade the kitchen a little. Some common kitchen appliances were not in proper working order for cooking.

Overall the place is nice and we enjoyed our stay. 3 King beds is a huge asset. The hot tub and family room are really nice as well. There is no keyless entry which is a bit of a pain and only one key provided.

Great property. Nice, cozy cabin down a great private street. This is the 2nd time booking this property. I go with my brother and a neighbor friend and grown kids for skiing every winter. Everyone loved the house so much last year, i booked it again this year. Lots of room for everyone. Great location between ski beech and sugar mountain. Host responds right away. I will be booking this place again.

It suited our needs well. We didn’t spend much time at the house as Sugar Mountain Ski Resort was our main attraction. The resort was bout 18 min from the cabin.

Had a wonderful stay!! The driveway was a little rough to get in and out with the snow and ice. The hot tub had a problem when we arrived and I sent a message and they immediately got it fixed so we could enjoy it our stay!! Will definitely stay at this cabin again!!

This is a beautiful home. Clean & cozy. Communication With owners could use some work but other than that I would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The driveway was hard to maneuver in and out with a large vehicle but the drive is very quiet. I would stay again
