Luxurious cabin, sleeps 15 | The Woodford

This cabin was wonderfully laid out and I appreciated the communal spaces and entertainment it had available. The host was extraordinarily responsive and the kitchen was well-appointed. I rated our stay as a 5 star, and for the most part it was. But if you are considering booking you should know the following:(1) The hot tub gave us folliculitis. It was not as clean as it should have been.(2) There were not many bath towels, and there were no towels for the hot tub.

Very nice cabin with plenty of room to spread out for three families together for a long weekend. The listing is a little misleading in regards to the pond cleanliness and appears it’s shared with at least one other cabin as the neighbors were using it the whole weekend. While the overall cabin was clean, plenty of linens, and supplies, the fridge was not cleaned out and I had to fill a garbage bag upon arrival to get rid of the remaining food in the fridge and freezer. Responsiveness and consistency of owners could have been better as well.

This property was INCREDIBLE! It was beautiful inside and out, had everything we needed more and comfortably fit our large group. Extremely peaceful and private. By far the best airBB/VRBO experience I’ve had in a very long time! I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a blissful getaway in nature a cozy, comfortable stay. Thanks again !

Photos of property a bit deceiving. Not much green space for activities. The picturesque pond with dock and chairs... not exactly as pictured. The code to open door did not work upon arrival. Struggled to get a signal to message host - was finally able to sign into the internet. The downstairs toilet was not attached to the floor, making it horribly wobbly and there were other cosmetic issues. I attempted to contact the host to make sure they were aware - i did not receive a response. Yet, we had an amazing time because that's what we do.

Great property. Plenty of supplies. Pretty and updated house and quiet area.Code didn’t work but fast response from company and they remote opened it. Hot tub could have been cleaned a little better. Kids loved all the amenities. Safe axe throwing was a hit. Overall we loved it.

This is the second time that we rented one of these identical properties. We had a great time. It looks just like the photos, bedrooms large, clean bathrooms, and kitchen (except frigde). We had to purchase a few items for kitchen for comfort (left behind), but otherwise everything needed to make large meals supplied. Spacious comfortable, safe, clean, and fun. We are booking the same location again every 6 months. Thank you for the T-shirt. We used it as a prize in a game. We appreciate your hospitality and kindness. Outstanding host. Looking forward to next time. See you in 6 months.

We stayed here with family to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday. Everything was perfect. The house had everything we needed and was so warm and welcoming.

We stayed here with 15 girls for a bachelorette weekend and had the best time! All the beds are super comfy, there’s plenty of room for everyone, and it’s super nice! Some girls are even talking about having their family reunions at this place. Would stay again. Thanks for having us!

Our extended family of 14 stayed at this lovely home for a week and we all fell in love with this place! There is something for everyone. With arcade games, board games, a dart board, axe throw, and a ping pong table, the kids never experienced a dull moment. The wrap around back deck is huge and was able to accommodate our whole family for games, grilling, hot tubbing or just lounging and taking in the freshness of each morning! Love sitting around a warm campfire on a cool summer evening? Well, so do we and this was the highlight of our visit as we spent hours every night reminiscing, telling stories, singing songs, and laughing together! Need a little alone time? Well, it turns out that the small deck overlooking the pond with the lovely fountain was just the place for some quiet time. Sit in an Adirondack chair, feel the warm late afternoon sun on your face and listen to the soothing sound of water splashing from the fountain as all your worries slip away. It is no exaggeration to say that the home itself is gorgeous! We totally loved the open design with a large kitchen, a beautiful wooden dining table, with fine leather couches and comfortable chairs. The bedrooms were all sizable with very comfortable mattresses and modern bathrooms (4 full baths!). Without a doubt, over the many years that we have been gathering together, this has been our favorite vacation home! In fact, for the first time, we are actually considering coming back to the same place again!
