Fantastic house with a great host. My boys ran into the house and said daddy this place is awesome! Great communication with the host on preparing for the stay and checking out. The host provided helpful tips about the local area as well. The house was better than the pictures. Everything was in great condition with no issues. Looking forward to our next stay!

Everything was great from the get go. Host was very responsive. The property was beautiful and exactly as described.The only concern was that the hot tub was not clean at check-in; however, this was promptly addressed the next day.Area was beautiful with nice trail along the lake. Everyone had fun.

Great House, Great Host — But Disappointed About the PoolThe house itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. It did not disappoint. Carla was also wonderful to work with; she kept us updated, offered lots of helpful suggestions, and was always easy to reach.My only disappointment was the community pool. When I originally inquired before booking, I asked specifically about the pool because our winter trip was planned around giving the kids swimming time. I was told that she didn’t have control over the pool, which I understood. However, the night before our trip I checked in again and learned that the pool had been closed due to cold weather the previous weekend and a broken part. She kindly offered a discount and an alternate weekend, but by then it was too late for us to change plans.Overall, the house and host were great, but unfortunately the kids didn’t get the pool experience that our vacation was centered around.

I highly recommend this home to anyone as a great family getaway! We spent our family Christmas here and the home was beautifully decorated for the holidays and offered amenities that everyone enjoyed. We had a family of 9 with ages from 3 to 55. The Karaoke machine was a great hit with everyone and the arcade machine offered about 3000 games to chose from. The young adults loved the pool table and everyone enjoyed being able to relax in the large 8 person hot tub. My 3 year old grandson enjoyed the toys in the toy closet which kept him busy and happy the entire trip. Also, One thing that is very important to us when we vacation is cleanliness of the property and bedrooms and this home did not disappoint. Every room was beautiful and spacious in addition to being immaculate. It is very clear that the home owner takes great pride in this property and values their guest. Communication was constant throughout our stay to ensure we had no issues and was happy. I highly recommend staying here and thank you to the owner for making this such an awesome experience for our family. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home equipped with everything you need. Kitchen was amazing very well equipped and nice touches of a snack basket and a pancake bar, along with coffee and teas. Great location, beautiful hiking in the area. Pool/fitness center was nice to have access to. Hot tub at house after long day of hiking. Pet friendly made this perfect for our getaway. Thanks so much.

Great clean house, the drive to get anywhere is a bit of a stretch but it’s definitely worth the trip. We travel once a year out this way to head over to a mountaineers game. Let’s go MOUNTAINEERS!!!

Carla was on point with communication and the description of her property! Beautifully decorated and sooooo clean. Very welcoming and warming, peaceful and tranquil. Badly needed get-away but not long enough! lol i am looking forward to staying here again, so are the kids:)

This is an amazing house and a beautiful location. I cannot say enough about how the host has filled this home with everything you could possibly need. It has all the amenities you have at home, and most likely more. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room, the deck, the hot tub, and the wide open kitchen and living area where the whole family could gather. The kitchen is loaded with every tool and appliance you can think of, not to mention spices galore. If you forget to pack something, don’t fret, you’ll find that the host has provided complimentary items for your convenience.The host is wonderful and responsive to any questions you may have. A few days before our arrival I received a message with clear instructions for the check-in process, which was quick and easy, along with suggestions for travel directions, nearby restaurants, and options for food shopping. The host was very personable and messaged me several times during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. I cannot say anything negative about my experience with this rental. In fact, I wish this host had a rental home at every one of my destinations, I’d be a customer for life.
