Luxe 3BR: Nerf Battle Wall, Indoor Pool, King Beds, Arcade Games, Sleeps 12

10 out of 10 recommend! The home was clean, very well stocked, super comfortable beds, & has a bathroom for every room! Our son absolutely LOVED having the downstairs space, such a cool room! We took his xbox & he was set for downtime at the house. Also Love that the door to the pool auto locks for safety. The hot tub was perfect too! John, the owner, was super responsive as well. We would absolutely stay here again. The ONLY downside is the current construction but that was warned up front & at no fault of the owner, also not going to be going on much longer. Parking is tight but we were able to fit our tahoe & a mid size car comfortably.

This place was absolutely amazing and a perfect fit for a family! The kids loved the game room, pool and all the amenities! I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes and appliances you could need for a stay! I would recommend a baby gate or two if you have a little one though. We picked up two from the local Wal-Mart. I will definitely stay again. There was a little hiccup with the property while we were there but it's important to know the host promptly responded and corrected the issue. No home is without an issue from time to time. Don't forget to sign the guest book! It was fun reading the notes from all the previous families. This place is close to main road so nothing is too far away. I definitely recommend renting UTVs from Ridge Riders and driving to all the scenic routes! That was definitely a family favorite! I absolutely loved staying here and certainly didn't want to leave! Upon entry of the cabin you immediately feel home! The hosts have done a fantastic job of ensuring everything you need is there, from an excess of towels, fantastic cooking spice variety, full coffee bar area very well stocked with immense variety of coffees and sweeteners and so much more.The cabin was very welcoming, cozy and homey! The game room for the kids was nothing shy of amazing and the indoor pool topped it all off! As a mom of littles I was concerned with the pool being off the kids room but have no fear the hosts thought that thru as well and have a coded door lock to it which helped ease my nerves! Every detail in decor, bedding, excess pillows, blankets you name it! The stay was fantastic and so incredibly close to Publix. Kroger and The island. In addition to its proximity to downtown pigeon forge it was also very close to multiple mountain coasters! Communication with the host was fantastic as they were open and clear with us about everything! 20 out of 10- we will definitely be back!

This was our 3rd time staying in the area and this was also the best experience we've had. Fantastic location, no issues with the cabin at all, plenty of dishes and cookware, even for the kids. Cabin was clean and had plenty to keep everyone occupied. The roads to and from were 2 lane and the drive up wasn't bad at all. You have 1 incline and a couple of turns, and you're there. The roads were well paved. I say this because we've gotten cabins in Gatlinburg and some of those roads brought us closer to Jesus. You will have no issues getting to and from this cabin at all. Construction is still going but also looks to be 90% complete, wasnt an issue for us. John the host was fantastic! Answered any and all questions and responded very quickly. We had no issues with the cabin, we absolutely loved our stay. Clean, solid, and quiet getaway. You are minutes away from the island and anything else you'd want to do in Pigeon Forge. We over packed more then we needed. There was pretty much everything at the cabin but food, our clothes and us. So read whats there, you can truly pack lighter staying here. But if you're like me, the host can sometimes make or break your stay, and we definitely found John to be a fantastic host. Thanks again!

Great property. We had a great time. The house was stocked wonderfully. From every seasoning you could ask for to cook to the pack and play, lots of games. Very clean also! Honestly has all you need so your not having to leave!

No hesitation rating this 5 stars. Check in/out was easy. No issues with door codes, cleanliness, appliances, or facilities. Host was kind and communicative. Location is prime, but we didn’t even want to leave we had so much fun in the pool, hot tub, and game room. We are: Grandparents (one with limited mobility), five YAs, two young kids, one baby. There was ample room for sleeping and bathing, as well as separate spaces to keep the loud kids entertained away from the napping baby. The house had a pack n play, high chair, toddler plates/cups etc. Beds (including the pullout sofa in the game room) were comfy and warm. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there. The house had a full set of pots and pans, seasonings, crockpot, blender, hand mixer, colanders, cheese grater, kettle, tools, Pyrex, cutting boards, baking sheets, 2 coffee makers and flavoring syrups. The host also left a basket of snacks! The paper towels, toilet paper, dishwash, and other consumables lasted our 4-night stay. There is a Kroger very close by. Pool was set to 84F, but was closer to 80F because it was very cold outside. The kids enjoyed the pool toys! The adults enjoyed the toasty warm (96-98F) hot tub. The house is truly lovely and spacious—perfect for a family gathering with a big enough table and a comfy couch for everyone to be together. Thank you John for being such a great and accommodating host! We would love to stay here again and I wholeheartedly recommend this vrbo!

Beautiful, clean, well decorated home with 3 master suites, perfect for our 3 adult couples. 5 bathrooms came in very handy too. Indoor pool was great with an automatic door locking system to keep littles safe and a full bath next to the pool was great. The kitchen was well stocked, we used the air fryer and the waffle maker, oven, microwave….all worked as they should. Nice location not far off the strip at Pigeon Forge, very close to The Island and Kroger grocery store which was handy. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our visit to Pigeon Forge staying in a clean, convenient cabin. It was very relaxing and well organized. We had everything we needed and then some.
