<br>`The Lucky Rooster` is a beautiful 3,500 sq ft. 3 bedroom/3 full bathrooms cabin situated on a 1.18 acre secluded lot and quiet cul-de-sac, sleeping 13 with an ideal open floor plan creating plenty of indoor and outdoor activities. The main house includes an inviting large living room with plenty of seating, including a floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace, 75 big screen TV, JBL Bluetooth Speaker, dining room, laundry room, and kitchen. There is also a pull out queen sofa for those extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen is great for cooking and includes a large island for gathering and seating.

The separate Game/Bunk House includes 1 Queen and 4 bunk beds for 6 people and a futon. The game room is ideal for entertaining, especially KIDS, consisting of a pool table, game table, big screen TV, full bathroom, and a garage door that opens onto the patio for an incredible inside/outside feeling !!

If you love being outside, look no further than The Lucky Rooster. This cabin has a over sized covered porch with gas fireplace, hot tub, multiple sitting areas, dining table, backyard fire pit, and plenty of space to explore outside.

Feel free to bring your boat! The Lucky Rooster offers plenty of parking for your vehicles and boat. Beautiful Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park are only miles away, leaving little doubt you will be itching to get out on the water for some boating or fishing fun. Located inside Beavers Bend State Park are hiking trails and a marina, plus the cabin is a mere mile from Hochatown's most popular social gatherings ! This gorgeous cabin is situated in a great central location to the area`s plentiful attractions including boating, golfing, fishing, hiking and horseback riding.
