Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin at Grand Superior Lodge, North Shore.

Nice property. Clean rooms. Kitchen well stocked with utensils- even some plastic bowls and plates for kids. The main lodge hot tub was not operating while we were there.

Had a lovely time. We all Really liked the layout of the property. View was great. Kitchen very well stocked, beds comfy. Quiet. Cleanliness…. Not trying to be picky but I feel the owners should know what type of cleaning they are paying for. Not sure it was vacuumed, few crumbs around on the carpet upstairs and down. . Upstairs master had cobwebs on the fireplace and I actually wrote the word “dust” on the mantle. Not a huge deal but when I’m charged a cleaning fee and asked to start dishwasher, wipe counter tops, empty trash, strip beds, what does the cleaner actually do? A quick swipe with a swifter would have taken seconds and helped get a 5 rating. May need to do random spot checks. Last thing, dryer vent was not connected to dryer from outside?? It was on the floor. Was that intentional? No instructions explaining that. We saw it after I had to turn the dryer on 3x to get a small load dried on low and caused us concern.

The property has stunning views out the giant picture windows. Just open up windows to hear the sounds of the waves only steps away. Our favorite stay on beautiful Lake Superior to date. We would highly recommend.

Its very cozy. Its clean and fully equipped! It has everything you can ever need on a family get away. It even has binoculars for us to use on our hiking. Love how its few steps away from the beautiful Lake Superior. Its so relaxing waking up to the sound of waves in the morning while sipping your coffee. Its 2 miles away from Gooseberry falls and very close to all trails that lead you to appreciate the beauty of the North. We will come back again !!!!!

Great cabin and amenities! Kitchen was well stocked for all of the meals we prepared. Right next door to the lodge if you needed anything. The views from the cabin were breathtaking!

Beautiful log lake home... everything you need for a relaxing stay ..loved the view of Lake Superior and the access to the lodge amenities is a plus...we dined at the restaurant in the lodge and the food was very delicious

Beautiful setting on the shores of Lake Superior! Beds are very soft if you like that. The fireplace in the main bedroom wasn't working and the window seemed to be sealed shut (presumably for the winter) so we couldn't open it a crack to hear the waves (my favorite). However, the price was very reasonable and the host is excellent and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Condo, Great View of Lake Superior. Loved the wood-burning fireplace. Clean and well stocked. Upstairs gas fireplace wasn't working, but that didn't detract from an amazing experience at this condo. I'm sure it will be working by the time you read this. Thank You!

Was a nice get away!

We are repeat visitors…this place is awesome, especially for a family with grandkids. It is literally right on Lake Superior! Large enough to accommodate everyone, but also still a cozy homey feel. So close to parks, trails, and small town restaurants.

We had a beautiful lake view. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant. It was quiet. Close to lots of outdoor enjoyment.

This was one of the best stays we have had! The property was awesome for our 4 year old girls. They had fun riding their bikes and exploring down by the water. The house was very well stocked (dishes, paper products, etc) and very clean! The view was amazing to wake up too as well. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This cabin was so much more beautiful and spacious than we even anticipated. The photos on the listing do not due justice to how spectacular the view is. I could wake up every morning for the rest of my life to that view. I loved that the fireplace in the master is gas with a switch to start. It made relaxing by the fire in the bed or tub so easy!The lodge itself was also so special. Great for the kids with the pool, which included a ton of toys and flotation vests. We loved exploring the shoreline below the cabin when we were not exploring the area. Another fun unexpected thing was the VHS collection upstairs. Our kids got a kick out of watching them in their room.

Great views! Lots of space and comfortable beds. We used the sauna a couple of times. Only drawback was that the blinds for the upstairs bedrooms let in a lot of light so we all woke at sun-up. We didn't anticipate waking at 6-6:30 AM each day and it made for a tired and cranky family.

Excellent location close to many state parks. We stayed for a family wedding and had extra time to explore the shore. The view was great and accommodations were perfect!

We had incredible views of the lake from our living room and upstairs bedroom. The unit has a full kitchen, comfortable furniture and we all had our own space to relax in. We used the pool and hot tub. Our location is a great jumping off point to explore the beaches and state parks.

Great Northshore vibe. Close to all the activities in the area and right on the shoreline of Lake Superior. The view of the lake while relaxing in the living room is fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent!!!! Wonderful place. The location can’t be beat. Kitchen had everything we needed (except blender?) Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect! Free coffee at the lodge next door was delicious too. I hope we can stay again soon . So grateful the owners have offered this on VRBO.

This was a great place for our family to stay for our week on the North Shore. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with wonderful lake views and a great location.

The three combined units gave us privacy and space with a wonderful gathering space on the first floor and incredible views of the lake from all the rooms.

We stayed for the weekend and everything was as expected. Everything was clean, check in process was as easy as it gets and the place was excellent. The wood burning fireplace was our favorite part.

This place is so great. The location is fantastic, the hosts have thought of everything. It can be a perfect getaway if you love to hike and explore nature, or if you want to stay inside by the fire and maybe take a dip in the pool. And it's big enough your whole family can stay or a group of friends. Anyone would love this place!

Just what we had hoped for!

The stay was wonderful. Very clean and great view of the lake. The waves against the shore were great!Only complaint is one of the jacuzzi tubs, the jets didn't turn on upstairs. The one downstairs was great though

Cabin was just as described. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are upstairs, so keep in mind if you have mobility issues. More than well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the lake. The wood-burning fireplace was such a treat!!

We stayed here for our anniversary getaway. The view is incredible. The beds were very comfortable. I loved falling asleep to the waves. Food at the lidge was pretty good but also very close to one of our favorite restaurants (rusticonncafe)

We had a lot of laughs, playing games, went snow shoeing at Goosebury Falls. The layout of the cabin was fantastic with the separated bedrooms and their own bathroom. The view of sunrise and sunsets on the lake was also incredible.

Delightful to find so much space and such a gorgeous view of the lake at an affordable price! Kitchen well stocked. Due to the unfortunate timing of a furnace issue (it wouldn’t shut off, even when the temp got above 80), we couldn’t enjoy the fireplace. But, our host was immediately responsive to this maintenance issue. We had a great stay!

Beautiful home and space for a group of friends to gather for an annual crafting retreat. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, warm, and welcoming. Hosts were fabulous, and the view of the lake was astounding. We'll be back again!

Came for a little holiday girls weekend and this was the perfect place! Great location near two harbors. We had a cozy fire during our weekend and enjoyed the hot tub in the lodge and had a great dinner out at the Tipsy Mosquito. All was exactly as advertised and we loved it!

The view is incredible! Tons of space for a family of 5. The kitchen cabinets could use a little help, but that didn't affect our stay at all.

We enjoyed a long weekend with our family at this home. We really appreciated that it had three bedrooms and three baths, something hard to find. It is literally steps from the shore of Lake Superior . So gorgeous!

We needed a place near Split Rock for the annual lighthouse lighting. It was perfect for our family ro be able to place games eat and enjoy each other.

The place is in great shape and has many comfortable features. The lake view is of course a big plus. It is a great space with separate bedrooms. The kitchen has nice cooking gear. Thx

We had a great time at the house - we were there with 6 people - 2 kids and parents upstairs - both with their own bathrooms, and 2 more adults downstairs. The floorplan is great: open with kitchen, dining and living room with a first row view of Lake Superior through huge windows. Kitchen had all that is needed to cook and dine. Pool and hot tub in main building was welcomed by the kids and is only a few steps away. All in all: we will be back. Thank you!

Our stay was very comfortable and the view and location couldn't be better. We did have a few maintenance issues with the kitchen but they responded very quickly and fun to meet the excellent maintenance guys! Thanks for another great time on the North Shore!!

Great location, fun, cabin-oriented furnishings, awesome space. We had four adults and four kiddos and never felt like we were on top of each other. My parents were able to have their space in the downstairs primary bed, with my wife and me and our four kids (5,5,8,11) in the upstairs units. Kids loved having pool time to either end or start the day and we ended up ordering from the lodge restaurants twice. You could tell they may be a little short-staffed, but they were friendly and the food was really good (the MN Nice burger was a personal fave). The kids loved exploring rocks by lake and my wife and I were able to watch two sunrises out on rocks. We can’t wait to return!

Came for a wedding, and the location and lodging were perfect.

The property is in a great location to see all the attractions we wanted to see. The property manager was very prompt when the air conditioning didn't work. The only complaint I have is that it could be cleaned better as far as the amount of spiders and spider webs. I realize it was northern MN but with proper cleaning after every visit I would think this could be handled better. There was also dust in the corners and on the end tables. The restaurant was wonderful, the hostess/waitress we had was very courteous and did a great job! The food was also very good.

Everything that you could need for a wonderful stay was provided in the cabin. Plus it had a wonderful setting, will definitely want to go back.

Our cabin was spotless and came with all the conveniences of home, but had the spectacular built in view of Lake Superior. We were impressed with all amenities but most specifically with the personal touches throughout the cabin, from extra plug ins for charging phones and laptops to dixie cup dispensers in the bathrooms. We wanted for nothing at this beautiful, rustic looking, yet modernly convenient cabin. Karissa was very easy to communicate with and we will definitely be booking here again!

This property was perfect for our stay! My husband and I and our daughter's family with five kids, ages 8 - 16, spent three nights there. The location right on Lake Superior allowed for us to walk down to the rocks on the shore. The kids loved walking on the rocks and watching the waves come in. Our days were filled with hiking around Gooseberry Falls, a trip to Back Beach, and a day at Lutsen enjoying the alpine slide and Gondola. The pool and hot tub were great to relax in after being outside all day. We also had time to enjoy the corn toss and giant ladder ball games at the site. It was a great stay for us.
