My family and I really enjoyed staying at the tiny cabin. Even though the train tracks were near it was not a bother to us. The fire place area with the gazebo was beautiful. We did have an issue trying to get in the cabin but that was resolved quickly. The only thing that was a bother was there were a few nails heads sticking up on the bathroom floor.
Great little cabin, close to town and local attractions, very clean, great communication and easy checkin process. Definitely recommend.
It is nice that the back yard is along a wooded area.
Initial impressions were our cabin was amazing! For the price and location, we had really got a deal! Hot tub was great and the space was ALMOST perfect for a family of 4 (felt a little small at times, especially the bathroom). Overall we had a great time in Chattanooga, but having stayed 5 days, we definitely have feedback. While the cabin looked very sturdy, every interior wall was paper thin and we could hear things in the bedroom that were happening upstairs. The floor in the bathroom and hallway were flexing a lot, which worried us a bit. So much so, the vinyl plank was breaking...probably from flooding or something. The kitchen supplies were a bit thin, so we were glad we brought some of our cooking pots. Finally, the 2 cabins up the hill from us had privacy curtains while we didn't...making it seem like we were cheated a bit there. Had a great time in Chattanooga, but Eliza definitely needs a little TLC.
The cabin was great and perfect for our family if 4. It did drop down to the 30s and we could not figure out how to get the heater to work so as Floridians we froze at night. Finally searched it on google the last night and got it working. My only complaint is it is right next to a train switching yard to at all hours including 1am you can hear loud bangs from the train engine trying to hook up to the cars that would scare the crap out of us in the middle of the night. The pots in the kitchen were also to small to cook anything for a family with. We tried to make spaghetti and had to make two batches because they were to small to boil pasta in. Other than small pots the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including coffee, wine glasses, sugar, marshmallow sticks ect. The location was perfect and close to everything and the hot tub was wonderful after a day of walking. The beds we super comfortable and the kids absolutely loved having there own space in the loft. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends.
Super great stay. A private hot tub after 10 & 13 mile hikes is life changing. Kitchen was stocked with anything you need to cook with. Looks like they're adding a fire pit right next door (probably community use), but I'm not brave enough to light anything on fire. I loved it. Would definitely stay here again. One small thing - and not a big deal - almost all the windows were unlocked when I arrived at the cabin. Not a big deal, they're super easy to lock. Just a reminder - no matter where you stay, check windows for safety.
Hard to sleep last night for the party going on. Got a call this morning of an emergency. Since it's a non refundable location, we paid a LOT of money to stay less than 15 hours. ?
We stayed midweek between camping weekends to enjoy some time in a new-to-us city. The house had ample space to spread out, dry off some wet gear, and relax in the hot tub. All amenities present and in good shape, I might just advise you double check whether washer and dryer are present in the cabin you choose. Whoops, my mistake! Location was perfect to get to city things but also adventure things. We even befriended the local cat, Sunny, which helped since we missed our fur babies at home. Overall 100% would stay here again!
What a great place to great away from everything and enjoy your loved ones. Cabin was very clean and provided all necessities. Definitely would visit again.
This place was amazing! The grounds are beautiful and the cabin was immaculate and comfy! The internet services and streaming capabilities were great as well and an added bonus. We will certainly keep this on our list of future destinations!!
I will be staying at these cabins again. Everything you need is already in the cabin. Soap, towels, silverware, pots and pans, cork screw for bottles etc I mean WOW!!!!!!!
Cabin itself was very nice, new and clean. We did not like the areas that it was located in. Besides lookout mountain which was beautiful, the whole town seemed run down and sketchy.
