Look NO Further - Hot Tub, 5 miles from Cades Cove

This was a wonderful place to stay. It's clean, fully stocked and the owner, Maureen, made herself available for all questions. I would pick this exact cabin for next time.

Great location in Townsend. Very close to the restaurants and attractions. Hot tub was nice after a long hike. I saw many reviews say something about the condiments in the fridge and a few food items in the pantry, and they did have those. Also full sized bottles of shampoo and things. Not necessarily a bad thing just odd. Overall it was clean but we did find a few things not cleaned up/trash in obvious places. Probably not the host fault more the cleaning company they use I'm sure. We enjoyed our stay, having a washer and dryer was a huge help for unpacking when we got home so I loved that. The view was beautiful from the back porch. Saw a bear driving out of the neighborhood one day so the kids loved that. Loved the games and air hockey table they had.Having the garage was nice for our jeeps when the top was off in case it rained/animals. We enjoyed our stay!!

This cabin is beautiful and has a lot of space. Wasn’t as secluded as I expected but it was at a dead end road and only noticed a couple people around and I believe they lived in the area. The host was amazing, answered all of my questions and even met us at the cabin for a personal tour of the home and what her expectations were as we stayed there and upon our departure. Would definitely recommend her cabin to anyone looking for their Smokie Mountain trip!!

Host was very welcoming. There when family arrived and did a little tour, explaining everything.Lots of kitchen gadgets and cookware, which was nice, as a lot of rentals are lacking in this area. Beautiful area/neighborhood. Nice cabin on a cul-de-sac. One thing that I didn’t like was that there was food in fridge that belonged to host, which made it challenging when checking out to remember what needed to go with us and what to stay. Overall, great place to rent.

Everything was wonderful. We loved the location and the cabin! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely what we needed as a Holiday getaway as a family.

Beautiful cabin, we will be renting again. Warm welcoming and the host answered any questions we had . Loved the point of a gated community and golf course and still seeing deer walking around.

My only complaint is their was NO toilet paper.

Host was fabulous!! I only gave 4 stars because the bed on the main floor was not comfortable at all & covered in plastic that crinkled everytime you moved. Also because it wasn’t the cleanest of cabins I’ve stayed in but I am a clean freak so other people may not even notice. We did have a wonderful time & location was terrific. Disappointed we didn’t see any bear.

The cabin was cozy and clean! Very comfortable for our family. As you walk up to the front door, it is warm and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to make a meal there. The rooms were spacious and plenty of room for extended family. The outdoor spaces were well lit and we enjoyed the views from the back deck. Perfect place to curl up with a blanket on a cool day with a book and cup of coffee. The property owner was easy to reach and responded promptly to needs or requests. This is our second time staying at this cabin this year and would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Very clean and peaceful.

The cabin was big, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, hot tub was awesome!! Screened in deck and open deck gave us so much outdoor space and lots of comfortable seating. It was quite and yet close to everything we needed! Marlene was awesome and always available to answer questions!! We loved this cabin and will definitely return again.

I’m not really sure why this location receives such high ratings. It’s just an average cabin in the Smoky Mountain area. It had a bad vibe because of all the dos and don’ts listed everywhere. A plastic cover on the mattress was a little unnerving. Also, the reminder not to pee in the hot tub. There wasn’t anything special about the location. But it was quiet.

Our second time staying here. Fabulous property.

Several ring cameras at the house. Sunday mornings at 630am the smoke detectors went off. For no reason other than to wake us up. It just felt like we were being watched.

We came to Townsend to celebrate our 32 wedding anniversary and this home did not disappoint. We were minutes from restaurants and things to see and do. We also saw a momma bear and her 2 cubs from the back porch! I also give the lady that owns this home a 10/10 as well. I will definitely be back again! This review is coming from someone who has stayed in over 75 or more rentals over the years.

Place was nice enough. Owner not so much. I booked this place for two nights. I was told on the first night that I would have to be out by 9am and stay out most of the day because they had service workers coming over, fine I planned on being out most of the day anyway. Then I was informed again the next night that I would have to be out early again, even though I had until 10 to check out. One I should have been informed of this before I checked in and when I asked to be able to stay until check out, I was politely told no, the worker will be there wether I was gone or not. Told them how unpleased I was with the scheduling of work and was told that I would get a discount on my next stay or a partial refund. Neither of which happened. Now I'm just being ignored when I try to reach out about it. So I would pick any other place than this. There was nothing special about this place. You can go a million other places and not deal with a rude owner.

Lovely Home. Enjoyed seeing Bears right outside our window. Took day trips to Knoxville (the climbing center), Maryville, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge house was conveniently located to all. Would recommend!!

The Cabin was perfect, and the fact that is close to the golf course is a bonus. Townsend is the best place to stay, it's close to Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Great stay at this clean, comfortable cabin. Close to river rafting, plenty of restaurants and lots of bears!

The cabin is beautiful. Great location in peaceful gated community. Close to the Townsend entrance to Smokey mt national park. Owner was very quick to communicate even when I was a knucklehead and screwed up the gate code. One little detail of the listing could have been more clear about the location of the pool- not in the community but down the road .

Quiet side of the Smoky Mountain National Park. Quiet place in the mountains. So close to the national park and especially the wonderful Cades Cove. The owner is a lady we were proud to meet!

My husband, daughter, and I stayed for a week. We were surprised at how extremely clean the cabin was. I don’t think we found a speck of dust. The bedding and towels were great quality. The cabin looks very well taken care of. I’m assuming it is a very new cabin considering the condition it was kept. We were very pleased and would love to stay again. Hosts were amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our trip. We really enjoyed the screened patio and the quiet neighborhood. The hostess was very easy to talk to and quick with answers to any questions. The only problem we had were the roads getting to the cabin, but most mountain locations will have curvy, narrow roads so we didn't let it affect our stay or our review!

Cabin was very nice, clean, and great view. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had and definitely was just as advertised. Very quiet area and nice place to relax.

2 bedroom plus loft

This home was very nice and spacious. It had plenty of comfortable furniture. It does appear that the owners live there, which is not a problem, but they did leave personal items in the bathroom and bedroom areas. They could use a few extra supplies in the kitchen like a pizza pan and pizza cutter. Trash requirement: Checkout instructions require taking all trash to the neighborhood dumpster. Unfortunately, the instructions were not clear on the dumpster location. Tip: Go back to the entrance on your way out and take a left. Even then, the dumpster location is not very convenient. I would have been more pleased if the cleaners took care of this as a part of the cleaning fee. Note that the checkout is 10:00 AM. All of the other VRBOs that we have stayed at have 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM checkouts.It was a very reasonably priced property, especially considering how nice the home is. Despite the observances mentioned, this is certainly a good place to stay.

beautiful house. quiet neighborhood. My only issue was I had trouble working the thermostat and had to get the owner to adjust it from her app.

Great Cabin for our purpose of riding in the mountains.Did not like having to call the owner for gate code if we come in after 9 pm. Did not like having to text owner to turn on HV/AC. We did not have control of the T-stat. But going back to the cabin it was nice, we were able to use the garage for motorcycles

The property was exactly as described and in a great location convenient to everything the smokies has to offer

We wanted to get away for my wife's birthday. I checked out VRBO just out of curiosity and to see if there might be something in our price range. I saw the pictures of this place and its location and thoughts that would be all right. It was more than just all right. Pictures don't do it justice. At the end of a dead end Street it made it feel secluded and it was so quiet. Everything from the kitchen, living room, bedroom and the exceptional wrap around porch made it incredible. We were able to enjoy Townsend, Wears Valley and Pigeon Forge. This place was very relaxing and would highly recommend.
