Great place for a family vacation! Responsive host, comfortable accommodations, well-stocked kitchen, quiet location on a beautiful lake--ticked all the boxes!

The gentle slope to the water to was very misleading. It was 84 steps to the water. At 85 yrs old next to impossible. The driveway was horrendous.

Check in process was easy, host was quick to respond with questions, house was clean. Could have used more soap products to have on hand

The cabin is great, it has a great location and can accommodate a lot of people. The only bad thing is the cleaning of the house, it was really dirty.

Loved this cabin. It was perfect for our early Thanksgiving with our family. The kids had plenty of room to play and sleep. We spent most of our time outside enjoyed playing corn hole and hanging out by the fire. The property is very peaceful and beautiful to the lake. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to get away.

Overall, the cabin was beautiful and the view even more lovely. The internet and cable were intermittent but we brought our Roku and had absolutely no problems watching tv in the evening. The only problem we had was that TVA had continued dropping the lake level and one day after we had been out boating all day, we came back and noticed that the whole dock had been moved down in front of the next door neighbor. But we spoke with the owners (who were always responsive) and got permission from their neighbor to use their stairs. All in all - we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a great time at this location. The house comes with all the amenities to facilitate a weeklong stay. The location on the lake provides a great cove to swim in (kids absolutely loved the slide) and we were able to visit almost all the marinas on the west side of the lake via boat. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Loved the cabin like house, the porches, the private dock, the cove, the nature and the fire pit. All of it was wonderful!! Perfect rooms for the whole family!! Very relaxing and comfortable. Lots of steps to the water, but not a problem. Highly recommend this house for family vacations! Would also recommend renting a boat if you don't already have one, the lake is beautiful!

If you’re looking to be close with your friends and family, this will work for you. It’s a pretty log cabin, but it is not roomy. The bedrooms are good sized with king beds, but the single living room is small and the only dining table seats eight. There is no outdoor eating area with seats unless you want to hold plates on your lap. It was very dirty, not swept, dust built up on ceiling fans, and vents, dirty fridge, etc. The dock is peeling paint and broken Bring extra forks and lighting if you plan to sit outside as there is a lack of both. There are lots of bath towels and the a/c and hot water work well. Nice swimming area in front of the dock.

Norris Lake was stunning! Will Return in the near future with our family!
