Stayed Jun 29, 2026My husband and I haven’t taken a vacation in 18 years and decided renting a cabin for a few nights would be an ideal getaway. We had two specifications for a location…secluded and on a lake. This cabin met both specifications and honestly exceeded our expectations. It was extremely private with the only other guests around being the chipmunks playing in the ground cover, the deer walking through the backyard, the birds chirping in the trees and the frogs croaking away in the lake. As for the lake, my husband caught several fish including blue gills, sunfish and bass. The best part, I could sit on the porch and read yet still chat with him while he was on the dock, if needed. The communication with the hosts was excellent and everything was exactly as advertised. If you are looking for your own private paradise, I strongly recommend renting this cabin!

Stayed Jun 19, 2026What a wonderful experience! The cabin was clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the privacy factor as it was tucked away in the woods right on Moody lake. The property grounds were very well maintained and the communication from Karina and her husband was top notch! We have an annual event up in that area and we can’t wait to rebook next year and bring our girls with us!
