There is nothing not to love about the log cabin on the water. It had everything we could have needed, was clean and comfortable, and all instructions were clearly communicated.

Perfect rustic cabin for our ski weekend! It was well stocked with the essentials, extremely comfortable, and spotless, not to mention there is a beautiful view of the lake. The owner was extremely responsive, as well. We'd love to come back!

This beautiful cozy cabin was the perfect fall getaway for our family. The kids loved the loft bedroom and the back porch overlooking the lake was incredibly serene and peaceful. The kids spent lots of time exploring outside or cozied up in the living room with hot cocoa. Everything functions great, it’s clean, and just the right mix of comfort and primitive rustic feeling. Very good central location to explore so much of central VT. We hit Woodstock, Killington, Okeemo Overlook, and Weston and never had too long to drive. Nearby Ludlow had excellent restaurants we loved. Kim was an amazing host and made sure we were taken care of. We hope to be back!

Perfect place for a perfect stay! The cottage was well appointed & had everything you needed. We enjoyed the firepit with plenty of stocked wood. Pleny of available chairs for sitting around the fire or down by the lake. We ate most of our meals out on the deck at thethe nice picnic table & loved playing games both inside & outside. There were 4 jayaks & a canoe to enjoy on the lake if wanted too!Kim is very accommodating as well as responsive. We had a great time & I'd highly recommend staying here.

The cabin was comfy, clean and cozy, and was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the sky lights, and enjoyed doing puzzles at the kitchen table. The lake was peaceful and we enjoyed the kayaks very much. It was great all around. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Had a very relaxing time at this cabin. Everything was as described on listing. Very clean and excellent location. Very comfortable sitting by the fireplace after skiing Okemo all day! Would definitely stay here again! Nice and secluded but yet close to the mountain and stores if needed!

House was great. Smaller than It seemed in the pic’s… but totally fine and 2 full bathrooms were a huge plus! It was nice and clean! Fireplace was great too and we used both nights. The basement was mostly unfinished and allowed a great space to leave all our gear. The only thing I would mention is that the upstairs is much tighter than it looks with low ceilings. Our three boys, all over 5’9 hit their heads multiple times on the stairway up and in the room… so worth reminding them to duck! Otherwise… great stay and would def go back!

Kim is an excellent communicator. The cabin was perfect for the two of us. It had all the amenities we needed to have all our meals at ‘home’. Lake Pauline is clean and we used the sturdy canoe fishing each day. We chatted with those in kayaks, SUPs and sitting on the shore without interruptions from motorized craft. Vermont Rt 100 is near so we often heard loud motorcycles but this would not be an issue in ski season. Enjoy!

The cabin was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our stay was very comfy and relaxing and we were able, to not only enjoy the beautiful lake and kayaking (water was warm and clean, kayaking was great even for our kids and elderly parents) we were able to enjoy nearby spots. One thing we missed in the listing that might help others to know, the second bathroom is on the bottom floor (basement area) and for elderly or handicap persons this can be a challenge. We were a group of 6 so we did appreciated the second bath. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful log cabin.
