Discover the perfect escape at our unique and charming cabin, nestled among Ponderosa, Juniper, Pinion Pine trees, Manzanita evergreen, Scrub oak, and sage. Experience glamping at its finest in this tranquil oasis. The cabin offers a private outdoor kitchen area, a shower house, a propane grill, and a cozy fire pit, creating the ultimate outdoor experience.

Located within walking distance to East Zion Trails and adjacent to the Ponderosa Ranch Resort, you'll have access to resort amenities for additional fees, while still enjoying the privacy and seclusion of your own retreat. With the East entrance of Zion just 20 minutes away, Bryce Canyon only 90 minutes away, and the Grand Canyon North Rim a mere 2.5 hours away, this cabin is perfectly situated for exploring the natural wonders of the area.

The Live Simply cabin, located on the East Rim of Zion, offers a unique glamping experience. This custom-built tiny cabin sits on three lots within walking distance of Zion, providing ample space and a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Immerse yourself in beautiful starry skies, cool evenings, and the majestic presence of tall ponderosa pines.

Inside the cabin, you'll find a comfortable king-size bed, a leather couch, and a bistro table for two. A small TV/DVD combo is also provided for your entertainment after a long day of hiking. Cooking takes place in the outdoor kitchen area, equipped with a gas grill. The Covered gazebo offers a cozy seating area, an outdoor sink, and a small mini-fridge. Enjoy your meals at the nearby picnic table, or relax on the large deck with its inviting sitting area, perfect for reading a good book or immersing yourself in nature's tranquility. For those nostalgic moments, gather around the fire pit and indulge in s'mores while reminiscing about your day's adventures.

The separate private bath house, located just 20 ft. from the cabin, features a vanity, toilet, and shower. Please note that hot water is limited as it is heated by a small electric water heater.

As water is precious in the high-desert, the cabin has a limited water supply filled from a well. While the cabin water supply is safe for all uses, we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking purposes to ensure you stay hydrated during your desert stay.

The cabin is centrally located in Southwest Utah, making it an ideal base for exploring the region's incredible sights. From Zion National Park, which borders the cabin, to Bryce Canyon National Park (75 minutes away) and the Grand Canyon National Park (120 minutes away), you'll have endless opportunities for canyoneering, hiking, biking, sightseeing, and 4-wheeling adventures. Take your time to enjoy other nearby attractions such as Pipe Spring National Monument, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Grand Staircase National Monument, Gold Butte National Monument, Red Cliffs Recreation, Kanarraville Falls, and Lake Powell.

During the winter months, please note that the weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. The cabin is located on a well-maintained dirt road, but in winter, a 4WD vehicle with good ground clearance and chains is essential.

Wonderful experience. Super cute cabin. Outdoor cooking was a plus. Excellent communication with the host. My kiddo enjoyed it. Zion is a must see! Deer, turkey, ram, buffalo and this chunky squirrel!

This place was so nice! Extremely clean and super homey and well decorated! Definitely more secluded than we had originally thought but it was very quiet and peaceful. Very limited phone service but we didn’t need it for most of the time. There is some construction going on around the area so definitely bring a car that can handle unpaved and dusty roads! We would absolutely recommend this place as a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of normal life!

This quaint property is nestled in the middle of the mountains and in a new neighborhood that is still in under construction with gravel roads. GPS is unpredictable, but it only adds to the adventure. The cabin was spotless and it was nice to have a modern bathhouse with all amenities. It was hard to believe that we encountered virtually no bugs in the area. We only wish that we could bottle up the fresh mountain air and take it home as a souvenir. Very nice stay and we definitely hope to return one day!

It is suchhhh a cute place, we loved it. So peaceful after a big day at Zion. We grabbed some food for the grill & had a nice evening eating outdoors. The cabin was exactly as stated online. Thank you, Alexandra

Beautiful property. Modern and simple as stated in posting. Quiet and remote. The only difficulty was the amount of construction in the area made the dirt roads difficult to traverse. Great communication by rental managers.

Live simply cabin was the perfect base camp for our Zion and Bryce adventures! The bed was very cozy to wake up in, and the whole cabin was the perfect size for two! With an easy drive (or a challenging bike ride!) into the park, or to Observation Point, we absolutely loved having the solitude of the woods while being so close to everything we wanted to see and do. The outdoor kitchen and separate bathroom made it feel a little more like glamping, and being able to have a fire at night was the icing on the cake. We have already recommended this place to anyone who goes to Zion and will continue to do so!

I first tried this cabin a few years ago with a girlfriend and we had such an amazing time that I wanted to return here again for my trip with my boyfriend! Super cute! If you are trying to beat the Zion crowds you have a stunning drive through the East entrance of the canyon and this is where you frequently will see the mountain goats. There's a cute little fire pit (check fire warnings before you decide to make a fire) and nice chairs to sit and stargaze! The band of the milky way galaxy is visible when you turn off the cabin lights! The bird wildlife is amazing - saw a Juniper Titmouse, White-breasted Nuthatch, Canyon Wrens, Woodhouse's Scrub-Jay, and Steller's Jays. All of the cooking supplies we needed was here. Quiet. Just lovely

This incredibly put together glamping site was perfect for the getaway retreat I was looking for. It had ALL the amenities I needed to have the camping vibe I was looking for but still gave the luxuries of a nice bathroom with hot water, heater equipped one bedroom cabin with super comfy bed, stocked outdoor kitchen with a grill BBQ grill, spacious counter space and outdoor seating area to enjoy outdoor meals. Their fire pit was perfectly placed in a location that allowed every seat with a view. 5 stars for everything experienced here.

Our stay at the Live Simply cabin was certainly a highlight of our visit to the Zion area. Being able to experience the outdoors, from the private fire pit, to the outdoor kitchen, to the access to Zion trails from the cabin while having the comfortable cabin and bathhouse accommodations was a treat. The cabin is warm and comfortable (with a great bed) and we had everything we needed for preparing and enjoying outdoor meals. The hosts ensured we had everything we needed and were superb about communicating before, during, and after our stay. The supplies were thoughtful and useful and we certainly look forward to staying here again.

Quiet, private, gorgeous. No cell or internet but who cares when you are surrounded by beauty and peace! The cabin is well cared for and I loved the outdoor kitchen and bathroom (modern). It just made it seem like we were truly outdoors!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Live Simply cabin! It was very well kept and had everything we needed. The location is incredibly peaceful and close to Zion trails. We loved cooking every day in the outdoor kitchen. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want something more relaxing than staying in Springdale.

A very simple, comfortable, and quiet spot to come back to after a day of hiking in Zion National Park. My son and I throughly enjoyed our time there and having the time to connect with each other. It’s such an amazing and beautiful area of the country and this property definitely helps you connect with it. We will never forget this trip we had together!
