A few notes:Gas grill was a challenge to get started even with a Bic wand. Older guts and igniter might need replacing. I would challenge maintenance to stand in the master shower and open and close the curtain. Between thr heavy fabric curtain and extra heavy liner, the hooks keep coming off the rod and the liner does not lay flat. It ends up taking up much of the shower space. Changing it for a light weight liner and/or putting the curtain on a separate rod would make it a better shower experience.Indoor pool needs draining and a good cleaning. It had both a lot of blue plastic circles from the cover as well as stuff floating in the water. I was not comfortable using it.Theater space was challe ging to use. The wifi was slower on that and did not allow us to install new streaming apps.We did enjoy the firepit, hot tub, seating inside and out. Everyone one of us liked the cabin overall. I would have given all 5s except for pool and theater.

The stay was awesome my family completely enjoyed our vacation. We enjoyed watching the bears.

I got a message about an hour before saying it wouldn't be ready til 5pm. Also, it's not in Pigeon Forge, it's closer to Cosby. Wasn't told this til it was booked. The cabin itself was beautiful and everything we wanted, I had 8 young adults with me. Be perfect for ones who want away from everything and doesn't mind driving.

Reviewer Comments: Got there there were 5 people they seen us 4 of 5 left talk to the lady said she was only to clean whole house. And the pool wasn't cleaned either.didnt get in to house until 4.the bathroom upstairs toilet wasn't cleaned had hair on it.down stairs kitchen coffee pot was dirty had grounds in it .hide away couch had food crumbs in it.the cabin was ok .the management was a joke said would keep us up on the cabin .we tried to call back no longer answered any calls.we had to email them telling them that we have to buy more ice for food. Then they finally gave us a code to finally get in only had 2trash cans for 20 people had to call 3 times for trash pickup .

It was nice to have indoor pool , hot tub,pool tables, game video machines. It was my 3rd different cabins under Elk Springs Resort.

There was also rat droppings in the drawers in the kitchen. My son has red bumps all over him when we got home just to take him to the doctor to get told he has been bitten by bed bugs.

Once inside our cabin, could not express how clean, comfortable, and pleased we all were. Very spacious, with everything we needed. We were pleased with size of indoor pool, and all other things to keep us all entertained. Still had a pretty Mountain View, although a little farther from Gatlinburg than I liked. On last night there, we tried grilling steaks. Grill would not stay lite even though gauge to propane tank said full. That was only complaint I had. Would stay again just for spaciousness and awesome pool!!! Thank you to Elk Springs Resort for accurate listing!

There was a dollar general store nearby and a Walmart about 20 mins away. It was 9 of us and there was still plenty of room. I would book again.

The cabin is nice but not as advertised. We were disappointed at things advertised to be in the cabin that were not there. There is absolutely no view!!! And the cabin next to us was so close. The bathrooms are micro in size and there is no storage in the bathroom. All the cabinets in the kitchen have dishes in them. There is no space to store food. So a cabin that is supposed to sleep 20 people, where are we supposed to put groceries? Also a very small fridge.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time overall. The house was nicely prepared. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I have a large family and we needed a place big enough to all stay together so it was a perfect fit. However we were a bit embarrassed for our family to report roaches in the kitchen area of all sizes. Customer service offered to have someone come to spray but I opted out of that since we would then (all 20 of us) have to find an activity for at least 8 hours of our time and we had a infant in our group that has respiratory issues. There was a leak in the half bathroom downstairs and the air conditioner froze up upstairs as well. BUT we did all get to be together for that time and ultimately we all took precautions to ensure we didn’t take any unwanted souvenirs home with us and we were thankful for the much needed time together. Pool was awesome and hot tub as well!! Low scores for the bugs, unrealistic solution to the bug issue (offer to move your guests-my opinion), and the outside of the house needs attention.
