• Authentic Barrel Sauna: Sweat out the day's worries in our barrel sauna with a panoramic window overlooking our private forest, perfect for detoxifying and promoting deep relaxation.

• Invigorating Cold Plunge: Cool down and revitalize your body and mind with a refreshing dip in our VITAL+ cold plunge. The perfect contrast to the sauna, it boosts circulation and leaves you feeling invigorated. Located indoors from October-April and outdoors from May-September.

• Peloton+ Bike & Yoga: Maintain your routine by using the provided Peloton+ Bike with available classes (foot straps provided, bike shoes not required) or use the Yoga Mats for a sunrise session on the deck.

• Himalayan Salt Meditation Pod: Embrace the power of mindfulness & meditation in our cozy meditation pod, complete with a panel of genuine Himalayan Salt and sound machine to enhance your practice. (Completion March 2026)
