We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very comfortable and quiet. There was practically no traffic or noise in the area! The wildlife, from white-tailed deer to mule deer to a coyote, made the stay enjoyable! The hot tub was great. It was nice and clean and at a PERFECT temperature! The lights around the deck were so pretty. A few small items: the door code we got didn't work and we had to call to get that resolved. But the phone was answered immediately and the problem was resolved right away! There was a strong odor of floor wax or furniture polish, especially near the front door. The sink in the master bathroom is slow to drain. We sort of missed not having board games or cards to play, as most VRBO's we have stayed at have had them.We appreciated the kind bag of snacks and goodies the owner left for us, along with an included sweet card. There were a lot of good restaurants down in town, and we enjoyed the Aspenfest parade.Thank you for sharing your home with us! Our dog enjoyed herself, too!

Thanks to the owners for the bag of goodies. Cabin was perfect. Beautiful location. We spent most of our time on the beautiful covered deck. Very peaceful. Enjoyed seeing the bears. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I and our 2 dogs stayed for 6 nights and loved the cabin. Cooking out on the grill in the early evenings and enjoying all the wildlife. However be careful of the 2 bears we saw at the trash bin across the street!! Our only complaint and it would be a huge problem for a party of 4 or more is the lack of silverware, there were only 3 forks to use. I read a comment about the master bed being extremely high up and believe me it IS hard to get into for us people 5’4 and under. But its in a beautiful area and we would return!

The house was perfect! It met all of our needs. Very homey and comfortable. It snowed all night the first day we got there. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace every night. We had some difficulty with the roads due to the weather. A neighbor named Cliff was so gracious and helped us out twice. We were so thankful for him. I would definitely book again.

We decided to celebrate Christmas just us 4 and our dog. It was great! Although internet was out for the week (blessing in disguise) the house was cozy and great! The management team was great too when the furnace and water heater went out! They were quick to send someone out and get it fixed for us! Great neighborhood too, enjoyed walking our dog. Highly recommended

The log cabin was awesome. It's in a quiet neighborhood. We saw lots of wildlife. The atmosphere was just what we were looking for. We had one small issue with the hot tub not heating up. I contacted the property management and it was fixed the same day. We will definitely book this place again.

This place is fantastic. The only thing I did not like is that VRBO charged enough fees where it doubled out nightly cost. Ridiculous

We went fishing in lake Grindstone (Note there is a water park on this lake now during the summer - the fishing isn't as good) and also went tourist shopping downtown. The best parts of our stay were at the cabin: watching wildlife including squirrels, mule deer, elk and even the wild horses that roam the area. We grilled dinners (trout from the lake, and steak) and relaxed in the hot tub. It was a great vacation.
