Lemmon Lodge Riverfront Cabin #12 with Private Beach on Grand Lake!

Place was absolutely amazing!!! The only thing that caught us off guard is it was listed as a 3 bedroom but it’s actually a 2 bedroom with the living room being able to be closed in as the third . Not a big deal just was thinking it was 3 bedrooms.Other than that the place was fantastic with incredible views! Host was awesome! Able to walk 10 steps to the river and just yards to the lake shore! Beautiful area! Beautiful cabin! Beautiful river sounds ! Open the windows and the sliding door and enjoy the sound of heaven! Walked to town everyday for meals , shopping, and of course ice cream!!! We will stay here again!!

Location is about as good as it gets if you want lake and river access right at your door. You can literally fish, swim or kayak from this property. Cabin was a little smaller than anticipated but made it up by being both exceptionally well maintained, decorated and with all expected amenities. This is a cabin that appears to be a very popular rental so I was expecting typical overuse wear and tear. But this was the nicest cabin that I have rented. Kind pricey given other nearby options but worth the money.

Amazing house! The house had everything we needed. Location was wonderful with creek and lake within steps. The little town was great even off season with fly shop, gift shops and market within a mile. Rocky Mountain National Park was so close for hiking and scenic views.

I loved this cozy, woodsy cabin right on the river—you can even see the lake from the property. It was warm, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Everything is within walking distance: the lake, shops, and restaurants. My granddaughter especially loved all the puzzles. A perfect, relaxing getaway!

Been coming to this cabin for 15 years, it is truly my happy place. Love everything about lemmon lodge.

Very nice cabin with near-waterfront location and walking distance (with no hills) to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. The host was also very responsive. My only caveat would be twofold: (i) the overall cabin inside is quite dark, with less than optimal lighting in every room; and (ii) no washer /dryer in the unit.

The cabin and location exceeded expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this cabin for every trip to GL in the future but the subdivision not allowing dogs is the tough part for us.

This is our 2nd stay in Moose Haven. Perfect for family time -- plenty of space for our family 4. The riverside location is wonderful. A great spot for coffee in the morning and to drop in your paddle board, kayak or fish right in front of the cabin. Lemmon Lodge location is fantastic. You can walk or bike to everything in town. The private beach is great as well -- nice views and sunsets. The cabin is well maintained and well stocked with everything you need.

We stayed at Cabin 12 for a week in the middle of the summer. The cabin was cool inside, while the weather was rather warm outside. The accommodations were as described, and we enjoyed the use of the kayaks every day of our stay. I found the owner responsive and genuinely interested in our having what we needed in this cabin. Because we were 3 generations sharing the cabin, the oldest generation wished for more and brighter lighting in the main floor. But, overall, that was a small thing. We were central to all the activities we engaged in: the marina is steps away, as is Grand Ave the main shopping and restaurant street. The river was at our back door, and the Lake about a 2 minute walk from our backyard. We would stay here again happily and recommend it others looking to stay right in Grand Lake.

Excellent! Updated unit and furniture, clean, comfortable, toys and puzzles for kids and adults, ideal location!

This is our second trip to Moose Haven and we will be back. The location is perfect and we really enjoy everything the cabin has to offer.

Grand Lake is always a treat to visit but this cabin made it perfect. We spent most of our time walking around the cabin and fishing in the stream/inlet to Grand Lake. I would recommend this cabin. It was furnished really well!

This was a perfect place for our first time bringing our children to Colorado. Between the well equipped cabin, and indescribable scenery, we could not have asked for a better place to experience the beauty of Grand Lake.

Had a pleasant stay! Despite the weather taking a sudden change for the worse, the cabin had more than what we expected for accomodations!

Cute and cozy cabin! Close to everything! We only had a 5 minute walk to the ice for the ice fishing tourney. Manager/Owner was responsive and able to accommodate an early check in (February). Can't wait to come back again!
