Stayed Mar 16, 2026Everything was great. Secluded. Someone else showed up while we were there and we had no idea, it was that quiet where we were. The view is lovely, the deck is cute, it's not super far to Nashville. We did birthday dinner for my husband at Hard Truth one night. Great communication from the host. Would stay again!

Stayed Sep 11, 2025Nice place, the property has 4 units and we had neighbors above us and we could hear them walking around and talking. You can’t cook on site, you have to drive and eat out. I was disappointed, not the quiet and secluded place I was hoping for.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025This was exactly what my husband and I were looking for! A quiet stay in the middle of nowhere! I didn’t read enough details (totally my fault) so I didn’t realize there was only a mini fridge and microwave but we made it work! Very clean and well kept, and the other people that were staying were quiet and respectful. Highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 5, 2024For the most part, our stay was great. We had some trouble with the code to the door when we arrived, but I was able to call the host and resolve the issue quickly. I thought the place was a bit closer to the main gates of Brown County State Park, but that’s my own misinterpretation. It’s close to the horse entrance, but that is not open to through traffic. We had another group traveling with us that stayed next door. It was great to be able to have our own space, but also have a patio to share. There is also a door connecting both rooms that can remained locked if you wish. Overall, we had a great stay. It was clean and peaceful.
