Lazy Lake Cabins - Cozy comfort in the Blue Ridge Mountains

Cleanliness, positivity, coziness, comfort, and professional hosts are all attributes that jumped out about this experience! I would strongly recommend for those seeking a quiet place to recover after a day in the “real world!” This little refuge is perfect. No complaints; only praise!

The place was welcoming and beautiful. Perfect amount of seclusion in close proximity to the things we were going to be doing. Perfect get away place. Especially in the midst of covid! We will be back.

We stayed foe 2 nights and lived it. Very nice. The owners thought of everything. We will most definitely be back.

The cabin was cozy and very clean. The property is beautiful and easy to get to from the interstate.

Wonderfully cosy cabin, exactly as described! Martha was there to welcome us when we arrived and kindly left us some goodies, including delicious homemade jelly. We had a fabulous stay, and the cabin was warm despite some very chilly weather!

The cabin was so comfortable and quiet. Being near the pond made mornings and evenings such a relaxing site. What really made it nice was the fact that there are 3 outstanding vineyards within 2 to 15 minutes. A huge grocery store 4 minutes down the road and still the cabin was peaceful. Check in was super easy and the folks running it are so very nice.

Cabin was very cozy,clean and peaceful, being right on the lake was great,the bed was comfortable, the views were great,the check in was easy,the proximity to everything was great,the only complaint we have is the internet didn't work for most of our stay so we couldn't even watch tv most times,aside from that everything was perfect.

The cabin is perfect. The location is convenient to everything but also blissfully quiet.

We absolutely loved the stay. It was quiet and felt like we were the only ones there. The pond and garden are stunning. We spent a lot of time on the porch listening to nature, looking at the garden and orchard, and watching the cows next door. Ms. Martha was also very kind. We will certainly be back!

Very relaxing cabin

Such a warm, cozy cabin that feels like home. Enjoyed saying hello to the cows, and walking around the beautifully landscaped grounds.We will be back again, I’m sure!

Excellent Experience

We enjoyed everything about this cabin. So clean and the fireplace was going when we came in. The owner had everything you needed including light snacks, plenty of towels, and a washer and dryer. Very romantic and cozy!

We’ve stayed in this cabin before, we are so glad we came back. It was just as a peaceful and calming stay as we remembered!

This was our 2nd time staying in this beautiful place. It is very clean, very quiet, and so perfect. We brought friends along this time. They rented one of the three cabins on the Steiner property. Right next door. Perfect olace to stay and close to all Ashville to offer

The photos do not do this property justice! The cabins are immaculate, well-stocked and immensely comfortable! There is everything you could need/want right at your fingertips! The property is beautiful and use of the dock/outdooor spaces are awesome! They have everything to make a small fire and even bug spray! Spectacular communication and ease of check in and out! We have already booked a trip back and will be making so many more in the future!

What a peaceful place! We enjoyed sitting on the porch gliders and the covered area at the lake for our quiet time. We could feel God's Presence so clearly. The cabin was spacious and very clean, well-appointed. Only suggestions: improve the bathroom lighting and the water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend!

Clean, quiet and nice view

This cabin exceeded our expectations. It was super clean, a perfect size, and thoughtful amenities everywhere. Completely smooth communications and super easy to get into the room, etc. A really enjoyable place to stay.

My wife and I have stayed in the area in the past but never in such a pleasant place. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The property was so nice we walked around the property and admired all the fruit trees and the attention to detail on every turn. The proximity to everything was perfect. Thank you Martha for a memorable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute here. The grounds were pristine and serene. The cabin was everything they described it to be, simple and cozy. We were close to town but not in-town. We had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity.
