Alot of space well stocked . Just a nice place .

Everything was as advertised. House was lovely; cleaning supplies, coffee, towels, etc. were all provided. We had a problem with the coffee pot, so a new one was provided the same day. Everyone was very pleased.

This was an amazing experience for our group.. We where there for our air force reunion and the place was awesome.. Everyone loved it. Never had an issue with hot water or anything else.. The affordable price allowed some of us to stay together due to retirement and fixed incomes.. Do yourself a favor and jump on this when you plan to vacation..

Great cabin. No real complaints.

Spent an extended Easter weekend here (Fri-Mon) with 7 people and it was absolutely fantastic. Everything was as-described/pictured and this was the first time I never had to contact the property owners about ANYTHING, all supplies were there as described and everything worked as expected. Check in and out were easy breezy. Everyone had their own space to retreat to, with my wife and I taking the master upstairs, each of my two kids taking one of the other upstairs bedrooms, my parents (who are in their 70's) taking the main floor bedroom, which was great b/c they didn't have deal with stairs, and my brother taking one of the basement bedrooms.The proximity to everything in Pigeon Forge was priceless. We were 5 minutes to the Old Mill area, 10 mins from the Island, 12 minutes to the Titanic. Access was easy, just one big hill, but relative to other cabins I've been to, very simple. This part might seem trivial - but the silverware and towels were very high quality, as most rentals seem to cut corners in these areas, but there's not cutting corners in this property.The hot tub, pool table, and movie theater setup in the basement were all big hits. Overall, very spacious, quite cozy, close to attractions, easy to access. Checked all the boxes and then some. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for a family vacation! Accessible to anything you need or want. I highly recommend the Lazy Bear Cabin!

Our group had a great stay at this cabin! It was clean and accommodated all of us. The location is great and close to many fun attractions. The hosts were quick to respond when asked questions. The hot tub was great and the game room was fun.

House was perfect there was plenty of space. There was no one checking out the day we were arriving and they let us check in early! Hot tub was nice. We had lots of fun and made plenty of memories with our friends and family!

We loved the cabin. It fit us all nicely, the grandkids loved the theater and pool table. Awesome location!! Will definitely stay again!

we were happy, and it was very nice... but a few notes: pedestal sinks look nice, but if you don't have vanities, would be nice to have cabinets in the bathrooms to sit items on. bedroom that connects to upstairs shared bathroom the switch didn't turn ceiling fan on, and that bathroom fan didn't work. No broom, but there was a dustpan, and we wanted to sweep the leaves while we were there. Make more storage space for the kitchen, since there is no pantry. Thermostat upstairs didn't seem to work. Bottom left bedroom nothing comes out of vent so it was hot. Guests in the bottom left bedroom, when the A/C was running makes door rattle, so had trouble sleeping unless opened up the door. And, downstairs bedroom there sounds like there was a leak inside the wall when showers were on.

Our family had a wonderful stay. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. There was plenty of room across the 3 levels for everyone to spread out and never feel crowded. The location was in the heart of Pigeon Forge with quick access to restaurants and activities. We’d definitely stay here again.

The cabin was clean, family friendly, spacious and had plenty of room for everyone - we had 9 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 toddler. The boys and men loved playing pool downstairs. The ladies enjoyed the hot tub. We all enjoyed the wrap around deck that overlooked a marvelous tree line. A new gas grill on the deck was my husband's favorite place to be. I did a lot of cooking in the kitchen that was nicely equipped with a variety of pots and pans and dish wear. The host was very easy to communicate with through the VRBO app; and we are looking forward to hopefully staying there again.

The cabin was perfect for our visit. Our group ranged in ages from 5 to 80, and everyone had a great time.The location to the local attractions let us get to them quickly, and not spend time sitting in traffic.

Perfect for our family reunion. Close to all attractions and the kitchen was well stocked. Though we didn’t really use it the game room with the very large TV and pool table would be great if kids came. Since our reunion included very senior adults they stayed on the main and upper floors except for me. I loved the bedroom downstairs as it was very quiet. The host was quick to respond when we noticed that there was only one dishwasher pod. We all gave the place 5 stars!

We had a family reunion with a few staying in a couple of hotels while the rest of us at the cabin. The cabin was in the perfect location for our situation. It is close to everything we wanted to do. Cabin is beautiful and we enjoyed staying there . We had a few minor issues such as the coffee pot wasn't clean but everything else was clean. We used both futons but only found linen for one. The hot tub didn't get hot, just warm ( maybe we didn't do something right). The jetted tub didn't work but again, maybe our fault. We enjoyed the nice size table. We would rate this a 4.6.

Lovely cabin, great place for our multiple family vacation. Well-appointed kitchen and supplies! Loved the location, cute neighborhood, close to the pool, very relaxing and yet, super close to the parkway and Pigeon Forge. Great location for our day trips to the Smokies, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and more! Owners are wonderful, very quick response to our emails and texts both before and during our stay. We will cheerfully return!

Clean with plenty of space and we had a bear right outside

We had our annual family vacation at Pigeon Forge and spent a week at this property. Everyone said it was great. It was convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is enough space to park four vehicles. The kitchen is supplied with everything that is needed to cook what you may want. The three floors gave us space to spread out if needed. We had 15 people. The wraparound porch and two balconies were great for sitting even with the hot sun because of the tree cover. I would highly recommend this property and I would use it again if going back to this area.

The property had a great layout for our group of seven adults, and the location was ideal—close to everywhere we needed to go. However, we did experience a few disappointments during our stay.When we arrived at 5:00 PM, we had to wait an additional 20–30 minutes for cleaning to be completed, which was frustrating since we were on a tight schedule to get to a family reunion dinner.We were also looking forward to a family movie night in the theater room, but unfortunately, the remote had no batteries, which made it unusable at the time.Additionally, one of the downstairs bedrooms had hair inside the pillowcases—not just on top—which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.Overall, it was a great cabin in a wonderful location, but a few small details impacted our experience.

Cabin had everything we needed for our stay! Comfortable beds and furniture. Close to everything we wanted to do, just a few blocks from main streets in Pigeon Forge! 15 minutes from Gatlinburg.

This cabin was perfect for the mulit age group that gathered in TN. The beds were comfy, the a/c worked very well, the rockers on the porch were very nice, kitchen stocked well, bathrooms stocked well, plus extra stuff, like dish soap, garbage bags, coffee filters, paper towels. Often, those things are not provided in a rental, & when coming into a new house late at night, after a long trip, it’s nice to not have to unpack everything right away. Washer and dryer worked well. Game room was very fun. The three house levels (and outside porch) provided great space for everyone to spread out.

The cabin was wonderful. Our family of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids) had plenty of space, the cabin is close to everything. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a great family meal.

We had such an awesome time at the Lazy Bear Lodge! We were a group of three families with younger kids and they had so much fun running around the porch, playing in the basement and watching movies in real theater seats. Everything we wanted to do was so conveniently located, from Dollywood to the National Park and Gatlinburg. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house fit our needs perfectly, very cozy

Communication was amazing throughout the entire stay. Anything we needed was taken care of very promptly. We had 15 people, 8 were kids and we were extremely comfortable in the cabin. There were boardGames to play, tvs in every room and a gaming system in the theatre area. We were right off the pigeon forge strip and minutes from big attractions. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook big dinners Each night. The cleanliness of the cabin was top notch— no complaints at all! I’m so thankful this cabin was available for our week long stay. We will 100% be coming back again!

Loved this cabin! I would totally stay here again. The main-floor master worked great for my 80-yr old in-laws, the college kids loved the foosball and pool table. Super convenient to the main attractions at Pigeon Forge!

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy family meals around the gorgeous table. Everything we needed was there, down to fans in the bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, numerous decks, the theater, games and everything else. The location couldn’t be more perfect.would love yo stay here again!

Beautiful cabin, plenty of room for our group of ten. Parking for at least three vehicles. Easy check in.

We had a wonderful stay. The owners were great to work with. Easy communication the whole time. Great location and love having some many bathrooms for a last group.

We had a group of 10, and all of us agreed that we really liked this cabin. I think the best room was the game room! The theater style chairs were perfect for our Superbowl watch party (and the hot tub was right outside ). The location was also great! We were so close to everything in Pigeon Forge.

This cabin was perfect for our family to stay in. The accomodations were perfect for the nine of us for our four day stay. The location is perfect to do things in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Loved the cabin. I did not like not having a phone number to call with any issues. Property manager did respond through vrbo. It just took me a little bit to figure it out. We were a little disappointed because the fireplace did not work! And it was cold!!. Owner did send maintenance twice to fix fireplace, but no luck!! Never could adjust the thermostat in the main floor either. It said you had to have an access code?? It would get chilly at times. Owner could remotely control but I didn’t want to bother him every time we were cold! We did enjoy the cabin and it was decorated beautifully!! The location was great!! Would definitely stay here again! Had a great Christmas!! Thanks

Lazy Bear Lodge was very clean and in a good location with excellent parking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. Our grandchildren loved the game room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking but is not large. Our family enjoyed making great memories during our stay.

Property was great for a large group! Owner was super responsive with any questions or concerns. No issues with the property, everything was exactly as advertised. Between the amenities in the cabin and the ease of access to Pigeon Forge, we honestly couldn't do all the things we wanted to do in the time we booked.
