Lassen/McCumber Lake Luxury Cabin with Hot Tub

Beyond our expectations in every way ! Spotlessly clean , fully equipped . the fireplace is amazing . Beds are so comfortable. Easy access in a beautiful location , I highly recommend staying here , we will be back in summer..

House warm and welcoming upon arrival. It was 67 degrees inside, and mid-30's outside. Neighborhood is very dark! but the porch light assisted us to see the home from the street. Beds were clean and a good size w/plenty of pillows. Tons of towels as well. Hot water is very hot and doesn't take long! So be cautious (caught me off guard a few times) but never ran out of hot water. The ability to adjust the heat in different rooms was helpful, as there are 3 mini-splits. Outdoor units vibrate the walls but didn't bother us. We did use the gas stove. It puts out a lot of heat. Was nice to enjoy dinner and watch a movie by the stove.

The whole house was very clean. It had everything we needed and super quiet neighborhood.

The cabin was a great fit for our long weekend in the greater Lassen area. The property was accessible, and well situated in the greater landscape of the National Park and National Forest, with lots of side adventures, hikes, and things to explore, within an hour of the front door. The home was clean, well maintained, and made for a seamless invitation into the Lassen area. Fall weather was in peak form and the fireplace and hot tub were nice touches to really savor the season. 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this modernized cabin! It was exactly as described and communication with the host was excellent. If I ever visit the area again, I would stay in this house again too.

Fantastic stay! Wonderful cabin amenities! Everything is gorgeous! The term luxury cabin is 100% accurate! Especially loved the separate temperature controls in each room for a/c & heat. Thank you!!

This simple, clean, and roomy cabin was the perfect spot for exploring Lassen and the immediate area with the family. It had all the basic requirements needed for cooking meals after a day of fun. The pizza place in Shingletown is great, too. The spa was very welcome after strenuous hikes. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were well stocked. The washer and dryer kept our towels and bathing suits clean and dry. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for evening walks with the dog. Wish we would have brought the kids’ bikes. The WIFI works great, cellular not so good if you have ATT. I highly recommend this place for your Lassen adventure.

House very clean, well maintained. Easy drive to the Northwest entrance to Lassen. Host very responsive!

We enjoyed staying here as it was very convenient for exploring the National Park and a great place to recoup after a day of hiking and being outdoors.

Wanted a comfortable place to stay near Lassen, and this fit the bill. The kitchen was nice and well-equipped. The hot tub was easy to use. It was easy to find. We weren't there for very long, so not too much to say, but I'd stay there again. The host was also accommodating when we had to rebook our stay when our original plan was ruined due to a fire that had Lassen closed

We had a great time at this location. It was very clean and was in a great location to visit all areas of Lassen National Park.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT FOR OUR STAY. THE GREAT ROOM AND KITCHEN WERE TOP NOTCH FOR COOKING OUR MEALS AND HANGING OUT AS A FAMILY. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS SO QUIET AND LOVELY! LASSEN NATIONAL PARK IS MINUTES AWAY AND WE LOVED EXPLORING THE AREA. THANKS TO KAVIAN FOR BEING SUCH A WONDERFUL HOST. WE WILL BE BACK!
