Lakeview! Hot Tub & Fire pit! Game Room!

Great cabin for a big family and or multiple families. Game room kept the kids entertained. Adam and Brittany was very responsive to our questions.

This could be a beautiful guest experience. I must say we did have a bit of a concern regarding dirty dishes in the cabinets, dishwasher was a bit of a trick as the door does not close properly. Coffee pot was not emptied; floors were not swept well. Blinds throughout the home were filthy and the window sills full of dead bugs and flies. Housekeeping said we arrived to early for their inspection but my concern was the beds were made, clean towels were there. Walls need washed from spills, carpet needs cleaned or replaced, The roll aways need thrown away - they are not suitable for anyone! I want to say that in the night the furnace did not work and we called the first contact who never answered so we moved on the to the second contact and she was amazing and helpful. At 1:00 in the morning we had a service technician there replacing a thermostat so we had heat.This could be a beautiful location and rental for large families. My suggestion would definitely be inspecting your housekeeping service. It is poor! The beds are comfortable. Hot tube was nice. Overall we had a good time and made it through. This is too lovely of a location to have this property in such a condition.

Space was absolutely perfect for meeting up with family. Each family had their privacy yet plenty of room for us to gather together. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub and games in the basement. Can’t wait to come back !

Check in was a breeze! Excellent communications with property managers. Love the neighborhood & location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Branson, but still 10 - 20 minutes from everything. Beds were comfy. Most of our time on property was spent in the game room. Everyone young and old loved playing the vintage pinball machine. Great sunset views over the lake in the distance. We did not find time for any of the outdoor amenities.. kayaks /hot tub /fire pit. Most of our daylight hours were spent in Branson or at Silver Dollar City. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Kids had plenty of entertainment in the game room. Neighborhood was scenic and quiet. An easy drive to the Branson attractions. And the hot tub was great after long days at the parks. Would visit again.

The rooms were very comfortable. Our place was very clean.

There were a few minor issues that I sent into property manager and reply was received timely. The house is exactly as described and was a great place to spend with my family. Our only problem is we had so many things to do that we didn't spend enough time enjoying the house and pool!

We had a lovely stay with our extended family at this property. It was the perfect fit and space for us, especially the kids' bunkroom upstairs. The house was clean, fully prepared, and ready for our stay as soon as we arrived. Hosts were extremely responsive and proactive with communication. For a large family gathering or big family, this is a wonderful location and setup! Highly recommended without any reservations.

Great house for us! 16 of us in all, ages 6 months to 85 years old. Very comfortable. Didn't feel like we had to child proof anything for the 3 littles. So many supplies and extras in the house were very much appreciated. Games, cards, beach towels, gas grill, gaming stuff. Our grandkids love the cowboy accessories they were able to wear and the ice cream truck that drives through the neighborhood each evening. The 2 pools and splash pad were great. Most importantly our communication with our host was excellent. We had an issue with the air conditioning and host was right on it. Would definitely rent again

House was nice. A couple things were broken but they were quick to fix them. We would stay there again. Pools could be cleaner.

Wonderful property close to the lake and Branson. Beds were very comfortable! My uncle said that was the best sleep he's had in 30 years. Everything you needed was provided. Really great experience.

Branson has been our family vacation spot for 35 years. Our family now has grown with addition the addition of 8 grandchildren. This home was by far the best stay we have ever had that accomidated all of us. The king bedrooms provided the privacy we all needed after a long day of playing and the beds were very comfortable. The kids had a blast in the playroom. Pool table hockey table air hockey and electronic games were a plus! The extras that were provided were great. There were baby items such as pack and play strollers high chair. Thank you Adam for a great vacation! We will definitely be booking this home again!

Our two-family group loved the stay. Teens enjoyed the game room while the littles played Legos. The kitchen was well equipped. All the king size beds were comfy. We all enjoyed the pool and even rented a boat one day. Great time in Branson!

This house was perfect for our family. The game room and pool were big hits with our teens! Quiet area and within 10 minutes of many restaurants/shows/shopping. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks for helping us make wonderful family memories! Barb DJune 10, 2025

Good time enjoyed the games, pool and fire pit.

Very nice home, 11 of us stayed quite comfortably. The game room was a huge hit and we did enjoy the fire pit with s’mores. The kitchen was a bit small but we knew this going in. It wasn’t stocked as well as most ( no pepper) but over all a great clean and comfortable place I would stay at again. Thanks!

My family loved this property, had something to entertain for every age. Kids and adults loved the air hockey and the pool table. Kept the kids off the phones/devices and asked the adults to come play! My only complaint is the baby gates they had did not fit the doorways very well for our little one. But that is it. Perfect stay!

The house was perfect for our 11 people. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room to gather.

This was a great house for our two families. The variety of activities kept the kids engaged and enjoying each other, while the adults could talk and connect in the comfy living room. The property manager was very responsive to a problem with the garbage disposal, even having a maintenance person come out on Easter afternoon to fix it. Overall the house was so well maintained and peaceful.

Will be coming back!!

We loved this place and our stay!! It is a great house!! Plenty of room for everyone! Nice hot tub, grill and deck as well as a small patio area! The inside is very spacious and beautiful! The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking! Everything was spotless when we arrived! There was so many things provided that we didn’t even think of!! The pool table, video games, pinball machine, air hockey, and foosball tables were all a hit with our group! Our little ones loved the Lego table, kids table and bunk beds as well as the coloring books provided!! They also loved the playground! The pools were just a short walk. They looked really nice, but it was March, so too early for swimming. It was a little warm one day, and the AC didn’t seem to be cooling, so we just texted Brittany, and in no time they had it fixed! Great customer service!! Adam was wonderful in letting us know everything we needed to know before our stay and he and Brittany checked on us and made sure everything was good with our stay and made sure we didn’t need anything!! A great experience!! Definitely recommend!!

My wife wanted to put together a short trip that would allow us to take her dad, siblings, nieces, and nephew along with my mother to Branson for some early holiday festivities and shopping. The cabin was outstanding, exceeding all of our needs and expectations. The home it is beautiful and has a gorgeous view and the property owners reached out multiple times to make sure every need was met. The entire visit was perfect, with our only regret being that we didn’t reserve an additional day or two so that we could have stayed longer!

The house was very clean and a little smaller than expected but worked great for our big family. Management was easy to get ahold and helped resolve a couple small issues. Games are older and worn but still very fun and kept us entertained.

The house was very nice and clean. The game room was a big hit. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The house was large and well stocked. I will say I wish there had been dish towels in the kitchen, but that's such a small issue. Dishwasher had a small malfunction on day 1 but we had someone to contact who took care of things right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Took my family of 10 to Branson. We stayed here for 10 nights with no regrets. Loved the hot top at the house and that the house was so close to the community pool which was enjoyed by my 3 youngest children on multiple days. Game room was used quite a bit too. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. Hot water pressure was great all trip!

We stayed here for a week with my family of 17. House was amazing, nice bedrooms and living area. The pool was close and very nice. Alot of the attractions we close by to the property. Had a couple small issues come up and Brittany was quick to respond and help out with any needs we had. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The windows and the view are lovely. Lots of space with the bedrooms and bathrooms in the outdoor areas and the porches are all great. Walking distance to the pool was very handy. Easy to get to Branson and Silverdollar city. Plenty of kitchen supplies and extras in the closets. Couple of small small issues, but that would never deter us from staying here again. There’s only one parking space labeled for that house and other people were parking in the multiple spaces that look like it’s supposed to be for this house but it’s not indicated. we have three cars and we had asked ahead if there were three spots for us and the owner said yes. But when they’re not reserved for that house, it’s a free for all. And the handrails going upstairs and downstairs need to be tightened. They were wobbly, which is scary for the kids. It is a great rental though.
