Stayed Dec 27, 2025This was a great property for all of us to stay leading up to New Years. We had 10 people very comfortably stay in this amazing house. 4 young teenagers, 2 sets of parents and 1 set of grandparents. We are already talking about booking this house one year during the summer.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Great house for a big group with beautiful lake access!We stayed here in mid-July with a group of 13, and the house was definitely spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable. One of the main reasons we booked this property was for the direct lake access, and we were so happy that the water levels were high enough for swimming right off the boat dock — exactly what we were hoping for! The weather during our stay was perfect, with highs in the comfortable 80s and a nice breeze. The lake water was a bit murky and cold but still a lot of fun — I’d recommend bringing floaties and reserving the boat area in advance so the owner’s boat can be moved, which really opens up the dock for swimming and fishing. Although the dock area was a bit cramped, we were pleasantly surprised to catch fish right from the dock! The beautiful views of the lake made for a relaxing and memorable atmosphere.We had 8 kids with us ranging in age from 7 to 16 years old, and they all had plenty to keep them entertained between the game tables, basketball court, jacuzzi, lake, beach area, and basement hangout space. Inside, the game tables were a bit older and the pool sticks were missing tips, but still lots of fun. The house manager was very responsive and quick to help out when we needed a couple of repairs, which we really appreciated. Stayed Nov 18, 2022Stayed here with our extended family thanksgiving week. We all had a great time and the property location is hard to beat! The pros: -Amazing lake view and private dock (definitely would have been swimming if it were summer time) and located in a nice quite neighborhood. -Lots of outdoor seating areas and large fire pit. -Grass area is nice for pets and kids. -Plenty of indoor space and beds for multiple families/generations to enjoy their own space. -Each bedroom had their own bathroom (score!) -Master bed was memory foam and very comfortable. -All furniture was in good condition and comfortable. -2 wood burning fireplaces. -game room had shuffle board, ping pong and pool (although missing some parts). -TVs had access to all streaming service which was great for kids. The cons: -Yard was definitely not level/flat. There were several staircases up and down the property and the grass area was rather steep. Yard was also not fully enclosed at the top, so keep an eye on your pets/kids. -The flooring has definitely seen better days. Especially the in the game room, it smelled faintly of pet urine. -could use some updates when it comes to appliances, shower heads, kitchen wears and towels. The lower oven did not work properly and the coffee make was broken so we bought our own. The shower heads left a lot to be desired and the towels were stiff and scratchy. It’s knit picking but for the price per night I would expect a little more quality. The booking experience: Booked through Vrbo, but property was managed by another company. There were many inconsistencies between the two companies in check in/check out times (which the management company could not honor), price, deposit and amount charged when varied between the two and made it very confusing and frustrating. It looks like after bribing this to their attention they have straightened out some things and the Vrbo listing now reflects the management company info/policies. Overall this I s a good property in a great location. My family had a fun time there and I would consider staying again.
