- Please note that all outdoor furniture and amenities, including grills, are seasonal and available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home does not have AC.
- This home has a max overnight occupancy of 10 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 15 guests.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    We had a lovely stay here. It was a great location with the beach just across the street. Plenty of room for everyone. When there was an issue, they sent maintenance over same day. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

    We had a wonderful experience on our family vacation this year. The location was very convenient to stores, restaurants and a local beach with Kings Beach and Tahoe City close by. The amenities in the home were also excellent. We would definitely go back!!

    The proximity to the beach, and house were perfect. The only thing to note from our stay was the mattresses were not comfortable and a few of us were struggling from back pain or not sleeping. I think being walking distance from the beach made up for it though!

    This is a nice property but it isn’t clear how close it is to the main road. That said the noise in the evening is not bad. The house could stand to have a deck or some sort of outdoor area that isn’t dirt with some chairs on it.Also there is no air conditioning. Even though the weather was relatively mild we had to run fans to keep the place cool as the sun comes in directly in the living room in the afternoon and evening.We had a great trip but some improvements could be made.

    Very comfy and was very warmed when we arrive, even if it was cold outside we felt warm. We loved the location as it was right across the street from the lake and the beds are super comfy! Bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen was perfect for my friend who is gluten free as they we free to cook without an attack! Only cons we had was we couldn’t get into the lockbox when we arrive even with the code so we had to us the garage code for everything. Stairs are a little steep and the driveway is very narrow. The garage we had to move the lawn chairs to fit the mini van into it. Also we were asked to take out the trash but the trash cans outside were super full so we had to use the garage trash can, so we wouldn’t attach bears! Other than those things we had an awesome time and we got to be fairies for a weekend! Thank you!!!

    Beautiful property just across Lake Blvd from the Lake. Quick walk to coffee, sandwiches and the beach. Great views of the lake and night sky. Easy access to nearby hiking trails.
