Lakefront Cabin on Rangeley Lake: Sauna & views

We loved the cottage, with the views being our favorite part. The cabin had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the bed was supremely comfortable. I also really appreciate Joy working with me on dates. Thank you!

Perfect location for hiking, kayaking and exploring this beautiful area of Maine. Cottage is cute and comfortable and has a great view. Recommend checking out Quill Hill for the views and Cascade Falls for a short hike. The Rangeley Hotel is beautuful inside also.

This was the absolute perfect rental for our stay in Rangeley! Conveniently located halfway between town and family we were visiting, and so close to the IGA. The cabin itself was so clean, comfortable, and well stocked; and the property (especially the dock!) made it so easy to enjoy the lake. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice with great views

The cabin was spotless and comfortable with a great bed, and the location was awesome. We could sit on the porch and listen to the sound of the water, and hear the loons call.

Our stay at Sunset Cabin was an escape to paradise! The cabin provided everything we needed for our stay. The cabin was very clean and perfect for a romantic getaway. From the gorgeous views of the lake, night time fire pits, and many things to do in Rangeley we did not want to leave! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A little disapointed with the overall condition of the cabin. I suppose that the area and view helped overlook that.

The cabin is a classic Maine camp with updated, modern amenities. We were very comfortable even over a rainy weekend as the place is cozy and the sauna was an added bonus! We would stay here again when in the Rangeley area.

Got a camp because we come up fishing just for a day every year and leave home at 2:00 a.m. and this made it way easier!

Place was very nice and just what we were after. Don't take what I say next as if we didn't like the place for the good definitely outweighs the not as good. I'm nit picking here but the floors were cold, the appliances (microwave, toaster, etc.) all needed carried from their storage spot to the kitchen counter, a small nuisance. The upstairs space is locked off for all you wandering where that ladder goes you will keep on wandering. The parking spot was a few hundred feet away and the snow was 3 feet deep in spots to walk to the cabin. I cleared it myself which don't bother me much. Once again, beautiful place, good host who gave me great information about the area and we would do it all again :)

This was the perfect little spot for our winter getaway. We wanted to stay near town, but have some privacy. This property was perfect! We were ten minutes away from the XC skiing area we came to visit, and an even shorter drive into town. The view was better than expected and the sauna was perfect after some long cold days outdoors.

Had such an amazing and relaxing time here. The property is beautiful and the sauna is an added plus!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. A quiet place to relax and escape. The cabin was extremely well equipped, better than many other places we have rented. We hardly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at this well-equipped rental. The setting by the lake was perfect, and the cabin was convenient to hiking and kayaking spots. It was nice having a grocery nearby too. Joy was extremely helpful with pre-visit information, and with answering our questions during the visit. We hope to return! nearby too.

Perfectly described Awesome property on the lake

This property exceeded expectations, very clean and comfortable. Fewer cabins on site than some properties so it was quiet. Located close to town, groceries and restaurants limiting the need to travel if you don't want to. Joy was quick to respond to any questions. Stocked with spices, coffee, tea, toiletries, etc. to get your stay off to a comfortable start. We highly recommend!

Our short stay at Joy's cabin was very relaxing. The property was just as described and had everything that we needed for our stay. We would stay again.
