Stayed Jun 29, 2023The location was ideal, we are both avid Bass Fisherman so the onsite boat access ramp was such a relief during our stay. There were a few things that I should mention to be fair. There wasn't any dishwashing soap provided, the TV Remote was nowhere to be found and the coffee pot needs to be replaced, it took an average of an hour to brew and still wasn't finished. Other than that the property was clean, and accomidating. I also feel like at that price for a 4 night stay both rooms should have TVs and access to programming.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023I have submitted my complaint to Evolve rental as well. The rust in sink and toilet were gross. The door didn’t look, the blinds were falling apart, bugs in the kitchen window sill, and I got diarrhea for two of the three days from drinking the sink tab water. I’m requesting a partial refund. The only good thing was that there were beds and an ac. The pictures made it look like this cabin was on the waterfront.
