Stayed Mar 1, 2026We had a nice stay overall and really appreciated the hosts’ flexibility. When a major snowstorm threatened our travel plans, they kindly allowed us to move our dates, which made a big difference and took a lot of stress off our trip.The bed was very comfortable, and we especially loved that the cabin is dog friendly — it made traveling with our pup easy and enjoyable.A heads up for winter visitors: it was quite cold when we arrived, and it took until the next morning for the cabin to fully warm up. If you’re staying in colder months, I’d recommend bringing firewood and kindling to help get things cozy more quickly.There were a few minor maintenance and stocking issues — the toaster didn’t work, there’s a Chemex but no Chemex filters, and most of the board games are missing several pieces. None of these were dealbreakers for us, but it would be great to see them addressed for future guests.Overall, we appreciated the hosts’ responsiveness and enjoyed our time there.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Absolutely adorable cabin. Decorated beautifully, warm and cozy immaculately clean. My husband and I came for a short weekend getaway. Spent the first day at Jim Thorpe and the 2nd day at camelback. Brought in the new year in front of a cozy fire in the cabin. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10!
