Description

Sip coffee on the huge deck while enjoying views of Lake James and Lake James State Park. The Cozy cabin is all wood inside and offers 3 queen beds. Fall in love with the lake and the trails in the area. This cabin built in 2024 feels like your favorite pair of blue jeans. Sun rises and moon rises are spectacular here. We are located right next to Lake James Marina, they have a few slips available for daily rental.

Free overnight parking for boat trailers and boats on trailers is located 1/8 mile away at Lake James State Park- Canal Bridge boat launch.

Boat trailers are not allowed at the rental cabin.

There was not any communication about the state of the area we were staying. There were widespread power outages over the entire region, no water, no cell service and it was extremely dangerous to stay there. We only stayed one night and left the next morning. I have combed thru emails and I didn't see any warnings come from ya'll about the state of the area. We got our check in information so we thought everything was good to go...it was not good to go at all. Horrible experience.

This is a nice little place to stay on the water at Lake James. We did have a few issues with the place. The bathroom fan worked sometimes, but mostly not. The sliding glass door to the kitchen is very hard to lock. This needs attention.

It was great. Perfect location right behind the Lake James Marina. Had a great view. The deck was very large which is perfect because you spend the most of your time on the deck. Large TVs everywhere although you should be out on the Lake or hiking. Lol
