The Preserve is a 2800 acre area that's located in Rising Fawn Ga. We are 35 miles from Chattanooga Tn and 2 hours from Atlanta Ga., Nashville Tn., Knoxville Tn. and Birmingham Al.

Stayed Sep 1, 2025Really great view. Dock off back porch to the lake. Host was very informative before during and after stay. Cabin was cozy. Thank you Danny. There is no closet or drawers for clothes, but since it was just the 2 of us we used the extra bed to lay out our clothes. Everything was clean. Had the plenty of kitchen supplies. Fishing was less than desired.

Stayed Sep 2, 2024Our second time staying at this cabin. We’ve deemed it one of our favorite places. Rustic, peaceful, comfortable… if you need to unplug, this is your spot. Private lake perfect for kayaking, fishing off the dock right at the house, porch sitting, game playing and REST.
