Very nice little steep getting to the water. Caught some Big catfish right off the dock.

Upon arrival to the cabin, the dock pictured was unusable, as the lake was low. Disappointed that there was no communication that the dock and lake access would be unusable. We then tried to go to the pool they said would be provided, we get there and it was closed. Again, no communication. The whole reason this cabin was booked was for lake access, so very upset that there was no communication that part would be unavailable to use. Also, dishes in the cabinet were dirty, and clearly had not been washed. A dirty sock was also found in one of the beds. After all of this, I only received a 50 refund. I understand that lake levels are not monitored by the Fireside company, but guests should be notified if not all accommodations can be used before booking.

The cabin was very cozy and clean. The area in the loft was fun for the whole family. The only downside was the lack of eating space. There is enough room for 7-10 people to sleep at this cabin but only 3 stoles at a counter to eat.

This was the best place we have ever stayed. Th view was amazing, we loved being in the mountains but also on the lake. The cabin was gorgeous and offered everything we needed for our week stay. We look forward to returning very soon.

Beautiful views, very pretty inside the cabin. However, there needs to be some upgrades to the living room furniture, both couches are broke down on one side, and very uncomfortable. Also, there are 0 seasonings, oil, anything to cook with. The coffee pot had 1 filter for a 3 day stay. I've stayed at many vrbo's and they usually come with those things as a courtesy, especially at this price point.

The view is gorgeous! Cozy beds, nice hot tub fun games in the loft area. My kids loved staying here. The lake was drained but still had enough water to be beautiful!

This place checked all the boxes for our holiday cabin stay! The views from the back porch were awesome an I’m sure would be even better in the greener seasons. The only thing I could add as a slight negative was that there could’ve been more toiletries (body soap/shampoo, etc.) and the smell upon arrival was not pleasant, but after a few scented candles it was not an issue for the remainder of the trip. Close to all tourist attractions and spacious for our family of 9! Would definitely recommend and were considering a return to this cabin!

Our stay at the cabin was cozy. Enjoyed our view every morning with our coffee. Enjoyed the pool table and there was carpet upstairs for our baby to have floor time. The cabin was very clean and inviting and we would definitely stay here again!!!! Overall a nice experience!!!

We had a great time. There were a few minor issues. We were given the wrong alarm code .so of course we set the alarm off. Also we wad talked to someone about bringing our boat .just so happens we decided not to bring it at the last minute. And its a good thing that we didn't. The water was non-existent.at the cabin ..i feel like when a trip is booked some one should say the condition of the lake..that was very disappointing.

Great location and having the view of the water is great. Knowing the water level starts going down after summer. I should have asked if the dock was still usable ( floating in the water) before I booked. Still Great location!

Great location, views were amazing, the only down fall would be the pictures make it look like the dock & Douglass Lake were easy to get to. They are a little difficult for people who have knee issues. We would definitely visit again

Before even stepping foot inside the property, the views from the deck make it all worth it! Once arriving inside, we were met with a beautiful, clean, and well-kept interior. The kids absolutely loved the loft and ladder to the additional 3rd story nook. There were some previous reviews about the cabin not having much but bare minimum, but we had everything we could possibly need. Ubereats even delivers to this area, so that was a huge perk we aren't used to, as cabins are typically too far out.I saw some complaints about the stairs and dock area not being maintained and/or too difficult for small children. My 5 year old ran up and down them all day long, and even with high hopes it would wear him out and he'd take a nap... no such luck. This trip was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely choose this location again! Thank you for providing memories that will last a lifetime!

Very quiet and nice grandchildren had fun swimming, fishing, sitting on the deck during the storms. We all enjoyed our vacation will definitely be back. Property management was friendly and helpful. Process to check in was very easy. Thank you

The cabin was clean and spacious. We had 6 adults in our party and never felt over crowded. The staff was friendly and quick to respond. The water level was low, therefore we could not enjoy the amenities of the dock or lake. But the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. We would stay again.

The cabin was nice. There were a few things we had issues with. The direct tv didnt work on the main level but we decided not to call about it. The heat also was not working properly. We did call about that but didnt get a call back for the resolution. Overall it was a nice cabin. Be prepared they only supply basics.

The cabin was very private. My husband and I came for a relaxing couple of days and this cabin did not disappoint. Although we did not cook our meals we could have because the cabin had everything to do that. The cabin is far enough away from the crowds but close enough to be in pigeon gorge or gatlinburg quick. We would stay here a gain.

Beautifully constructed, amazing views, and great management that was always in touch of needed. Pool table and kids loft was a nice touch
