Stayed May 27, 2022The house was a perfect size for our extended family of 10. We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a family wedding in nearby Oakland, MD. The decor was definitely dated, but it added to the charm of the place. The lighting in some of the rooms (especially the large upstairs bedroom) could be improved; even with the shades open during the day, it always felt dark.

Stayed Aug 8, 2019Upstairs master shower only produced cold water. Even when others were not in use. The lake access log cabin is a little misleading since the lake is a bit more of a walk than expected. Overall we had a nice time.

Stayed Jul 3, 2019Lovely home in the woods. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space. Furnishings a bit outdated, but for us it added to the charm. Lake is a bit more of a walk than we expected, especially if you have small children. We ended up driving down, very short car ride. We would have liked more outdoor seating options on the beautiful deck. Property Manager was excellent to work with. Thank you - we would stay again :)
