2nd time coming and it wont be the last. Great price for an exceptional view. Comes with a hot tub that you must use. Its worth the otice !

Property has great views. But none of the things worked. The hot tub did not heat, the grill didn’t work and the propane heater was not working as well. This property could definitely be a 4 or 5 star, but the main reason I got it was to just stay there and relax.

They need to update the pictures, they didn’t have an outside patio table as it shows or kitchen items to use. Not what I specting

We fully enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and the cabin was very comfortable. We will return!

Im compelled to leave my honest/thorough review as I do not want any other guests seeking cleanliness, desperate for relaxation & comfort to waste time and hard-earned money on this subpar property. We paid holiday rates for Valentines wknd also. Upon arrival our hearts sunk-we noticed immediately photos New Spirit Vacation Homes published were NOTHING like we walked into. Lamps w burnt out bulbs,couches stained/collapsed, reclining footrest busted, area rug stained. Property advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen,grill w BBQ tools provided and internet service. ALL FALSE The 2 wine glasses provided were in fact not wine glasses and were even cracked! We had just bought wine from the local winery/art gallery and wanted to sit outside on the deck to enjoy. We prepared for our 4 day/3 night stay and brought lots of groceries as we were celebrating the wknd and hoping to relax after a recent unfortunate family emergency so we remained positive & hopeful! We contacted the 2 numbers provided and were given diff responses by 2 diff people over our concerns. Instead of being met with compassion we were given more false info and argued with,ultimately told someone would come the next am to fix things and bring items not provided.UGH! Against our better judgment we said OK and stayed. Mistake! Would you consider pile of blankets stuffed into a duvet a mattress?? We were bit by spiders and found webs over the bed. We left first thing in the am! I did make owners aware again.

This home has many issues that made it undesirable to stay. When I addressed this with the property managers, they failed to communicate. It took them a week to respond after my many phone calls and messages. Listing for others consideration prior to booking:1) the cleaning supply (Lysol?)smells was so strong that it made you choke the second the door is open. Even after an entire day of airing out the place, it was still too strong to stay inside.2) the front door is difficult to get the deadbolt to lock, you have to lift up the door and wiggle the locks to get it to secure. 3) the house is difficult to find, no adequate outside lighting, no lighted display of the address of the property. 4) the after hours check in provided little to no directions of how to retrieve the keys from the lock box. 5) there not adequately lighting at the lock boxes to be able to find the pad lock dial numbers.6) the upstairs bedrooms are HOT, like 10-15 degrees hotter than downstairs. 7) the stairs are carpeted and VERY steep, which makes it difficult to get your luggage upstairs8) the hot tub is unusable. There’s no step to get into the hot tub and the condition inside the hot tub was unsanitary.After all these issues, which were addressed immediately, management took a week to respond. Think twice before booking this property!

We were very pleased with our choice of this rental. Lots of room and the place gets nice and toasty (especially upstairs.) It is in a great location and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. We only had a couple hiccups that Gabby fixed immediately (hot tub was barely warm and the ROKU was all in Spanish. Gabby sent someone right away to fix the hot tub and we reset the ROKU for English-for the last 2 days there was no internet/ could have been an outage-we didn't care.) The property was very nice and offered us alternatives but we were happy staying at Knotting Hill. Overall, we recommend this place and looking forward to staying at some of the other rentals they own.

From stunning views to thoughtful amenities,we enjoyed our near perfect stay. The rustic decor was a welcoming blend of cabin charm with modern touches. The grounds are well kept and has a completely fenced in yard which was a huge bonus for me, as we have a service dog/s. We had a service issue during our stay and it was handled quickly and without any awkward conversation with the management company. The staff was prompt, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay beyond our expectations and will stay again in the future.

Place was nice, cozy, quiet, and had great views. Hot tub was great. Adrian helped us out when we had trouble with the heater and got the place nice and warm just in time for the snow, also supplied us with wood just in case which was much appreciated. Will visit again.

If you stay in the winter, the heating was AMAZING. Two things need to be improved on: the hot tub was not hot at all, barely Luke warm and the grill needs maintenance, the flame was so small we couldn’t BBQ.

We had no issues getting the property keys, getting in the rental and acclimated. However, there are a couple of negatives in our opinion. The property didn't offer any coffee or sugar or any basic condiments so please plan to buy every little thing that you may think might be needed. 10 am check out seems super early however they gave us a complimentary 1 hr late check out which was very nice. Overall, no concerns and would recommend this property to anyone.

During our stay there were several issues with the house that were not disclosed by the management agency, including an inoperable gas-fireplace/heater, which is the main source of heat for the ground floor. The spa also malfunctioned, but a friendly service person responded right away and fixed the problem. The management company requires a 9 page rental agreement, signed and returned with copies of my drivers license and credit card - a practice I have not had to deal with in the past when booking through VRBO. There was no keyless entry, we had to go to the rental office and open a lockbox (going and coming) to get the door key.Overall staying in Idyllwild was fun and relaxing but dealing with this rental was not...

Was a little rocky checking in but they made sure we were happy and were more than accommodating and kind. I would definitely stay here again and work with them again.

It's nice, but slept terrible, everything was great but just a few things, the hot tub did not get as hot as it should. The staff was great and sent someone out but it's an older hot tub couldn't fix heat. Also the bed down stairs was AWFUL!!! Tried then to slept up stairs and bed was hard as a rock. Sleeping on a mini get away is essential, really bummed me out, cuz everything else was great. Was on a culdesac and very quiet and very clean!
