This cabin is perfect for anniversary trips!! We loved it!!

We enjoyed sitting outside towards the back of the property watching the deer. This is the second time we have stayed at this cabin, and plan to stay again!

Excellent location. Feels like countryside yet very close to the heart of Kerrville.

So peaceful and quiet, very neat and clean. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife coming up on the property. Michelle was very nice and helpful. Shiloh and Sheba are very sweet and friendly dogs. We enjoyed them coming to greet us everyday when they noticed we were on the porch. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from normal routine for a while.

Excellent getaway location, safe, and clean.

This place is fabulous. Michelle was available to greet us. She took the time to debrief . She communicated very well the amenities. Where everything and anything we may need or want for our comfort was located. The bed is amazingly comfortable. It is located near Fredricksburg and Kerrville. Horseshoe, BBQ grills ( you have a choice ) . Full kitchen , wonderful porch. Deer everywhere, birds, water feature. Great place. 10/10 A winner!

Perfect spot for the weekend. Easy access to dbat fields. Will definitely stay again if we are back in town.

We enjoyed our stay at this property - the cabin is quite comfortable and perfect for our trip. Our hosts were gracious and easy to reach. The porch was a joy each morning with visits from the “porch dogs” and lots of hummingbirds. The kitchen had all that is needed for basic meal prep. The Cabin is located just outside of town, but not far off the highway, so getting back and forth to Kerrville was an easy trip. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again

This was a perfect place next to where our friends live. The home had everything we needed, and it was well stocked for things we might have forgotten. They owners had 2 very loving dogs who greeted us on our last day. Beautifully decorated, and very close to resturants and other destinations in Kerrville.

Even though we were there for work, staying at this cabin is so relaxing. You can hear the wind blow through the trees in the evening. In the morning, you are greeted by the owners dogs, who just want a pat on the head and they wander off. The cabin is clean and well furnished. Everything you need is there to bbq and to enjoy a great night’s sleep. There’s no noise to bother you. Plan to stay here again!

We love coming here, it is quiet and peaceful and right in the middle of anywhere you need to go. The porch dogs are very well behaved and the hosts will do anything to help with your needs

Perfect for a quick get away host was went out of their way to accommodate my fan and coffee pot. I like to travel with my coffee porch was full of hummingbirds and very peaceful for drinking coffee or reading a book Thanks again 😊

We decided to take a last minute trip to the area to catch the total solar eclipse. We were very lucky to find this beautiful little cottage available. The accommodations are perfect and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The property is gorgeous. We spied some deer and several types of birds and butterflies. And the host’s pups were so gentle and loving. We enjoyed giving them treats each morning as they greeted us outside the cottage. This is the perfect little spot to relax and enjoy your time. The host was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely rent this property again if we are ever in the area again. (And yes, we had a perfect view of the eclipse right from the front yard!) Highly recommend.

The cabin was very cozy and nice, no complaints. The listing listed a hot tub when we reserved it , there is no hot tub. The owners were nice, the price was great, plan on visiting again.

Everything went well except we never received a code and was worried about getting in our house, I realize it was Christmas but we had no way to get in touch with owners and no communication with them. All turned out okay and liked our “bear dog” company!!
