Beautifully updated, this mountain retreat blends rustic charm with modern luxury. Enjoy the backyard seating area with a projector, plus a deck set up for outdoor dining and activities.
Pets: As a reminder, fees apply for dog per stay (max 2). Please keep dogs off furniture and beds and in a crate if you leave the premises. Please leave dogs off furniture and beds at all times. In addition, leave the dog in the crate when leaving the premises. Always keep dogs close by and on leash at all times

Trash: All trash must be bagged up and taken offsite to the free trash site located at Clean Bear Site #1 at 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 or Clean Bear Site #2 at 39690 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Fees may apply per trash bag that is left behind.

Fireplace: We provide a complimentary bundle of wood per stay.

Thermostat: Set to desired temperature and back to 55° when check out

Spa: Please rinse off before using Spa (prevents oil and makeup build up and additional dump & fill charges). Turn spa up to desired temperature and back to 95° when finished.

Snow Removal: Shovel and salt are provided per property. Please use it accordingly.
Plow services will come during or after 3” of snow.

Kitchen Cleanup: Kitchen is to be cleaned after meals, inclusive of washing and putting away the dishes that you use during your stay to avoid additional cleaning fees.

BBQ: Please clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank after using the BBQ to avoid additional cleaning and propane refill charges.
