Stayed Oct 22, 2025Beautiful house. Kitchen wasnt organized because we were pulling out drawers every time to look for stuff. No closets for the bunk bed rooms or the master room which was a pain putting our stuff in other bedrooms downstairs. The corespondance between property manager, was excellant. They were quick to get back to me on issues I had. If you could add more dish towels for the kitchen and paper towels, would be nice. Also the dishwasher doesnt work real well. Didnt dry the dishes and ended up drying everything by hand. Great time dispit the little issues.

Stayed Dec 19, 2022Our entire family had a great time during our visit to Big Bear. Th cabin was spacious & had a great big backyard. The only issue we had was that this cabin was advertised as a 5 bdrm but only has 4, the 5th “bdr” is the loft/game room. The property mngt informed me that it was my fault for not checking the bdrm specifications prior to booking. We made it work & had a great time!

Stayed Sep 10, 2021I booked this for a weekend with 12 adults and one infant. The house way great for our group size. Beds were comfortable and the large living space was perfect. The views of the lake are wonderful too! The only improvement would be the check in process, a self check in would be much more convenient. We were able to get late check out which was great but had to request the morning of, would have been great for our group to plan ahead and request it earlier. Lastly, the communication was great. One evening neither can openers provided in the kitchen worked and I sent a text and within the hour they had dropped off a new one! That was unexpected and great service.

Stayed Jun 15, 2021The place was full of spider on the walls and ceiling, no fun upstairs, it was extremely hot. I called the Management she was giving me the excuses that they are taking care of 600 properties and they can’t help me in a very and professional way. I won’t recommend this company for my friends and family anymore.
