Very clean house. The host got to it back to us in a timely manner.

Very nice house large square footage Furniture and beds were in excellent shape. Everything you need was already there multiple coffee pot options lots of silverware lots of plates lots of cups. The fact that it was dog and kid friendly was amazing. Very comfortable chairs on the deck.

My family 6 adults , 6 children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hibernator! The cabin is in a beautiful location. It was clean & nicely furnished. We enjoyed the heated pool. Thank you so much for relieving any anxieties with the pool! The safety features installed were excellent! We are planning to return in the Fall! The Warren’s from Mississippi

We had a great stay. The cabin was very clean and set up well for traveling with dogs, which made things easy for us. The pool was a nice bonus too. Would recommend!

Awesome Spring Break location for my family and I. Everyone always had something to do even on the rainy days!! The indoor pool was amazing!! We used it everyday multiple times a day. Love that our fur baby could go with no extra charge and even had a dog dish, crate and even poo poo bags to clean up! Communication was always quick and host checked in a few times with us to see if we needed anything. Would totally come again!!

It was a little intimidating to drive up to the cabin if you're not familiar with mountains. The mountain view was spectacular, with 3 different levels of porches with plenty of chairs to sit and relax. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. Great communication from host. There were no cookie sheets and they had them delivered in less than 2 hours. It was such a beautiful area and cabin. Only thing that could've been better would be dressers in the bedrooms. Would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful family vacation and cannot thank Ryan and Amanda enough for making it so easy to enjoy. The communication was excellent from the start. When we arrived at the property, check in was seamless. The cabin was beautiful and spotless, we very much enjoyed the hot tub and pool (we swam for 5 days straight!!) as well as the game room. Not to mention, the views from any of the 3 balconies was breathtaking! My favorite part of all, was that I truly felt like whole family, toddler and pups included, were welcomed. It’s not always easy to travel with them. They went the extra mile by providing a crate, bowls, and waste bags for the dogs. There are safety gates at every staircase and the pool door has a key pad. There’s an awesome set of bunk beds, and the small details-like adorable cups, plates, and eatery for kids that stood out. When I saw the high chair and pack n play, it had me wishing we used them on our last trip a few years ago so I didn’t have to haul all of that! It truly is family friendly. Thank you from our family to yours-we will be back!!

Pet Friendly Clean Pictures a little out dated

Cozy cabin with a peaceful, and quiet setting. Just minutes away from the main strip in Pigeon Forge. If you want to enjoy the attractions, but also want beautiful views, private pool, and relaxation.... this place is perfect. Friends who have seen pictures from our trip have already asked for booking details, and we plan to book again as well!

My family and I loved our time at the cabin! The view was breathtaking and the pool was nice! My family also enjoyed the games upstairs! Also had things needed if traveling with a baby/toddler!!!

This property was amazing. The view was beautiful. The pool was probably the biggest we’ve had in a cabin. The host Ryan was just amazing with his response time on the few questions we had. I would definitely recommend!!

Great stay. Everything was nice, clean and comfy. Hosts were also considerate in having things available (high chair, toddler cups, etc) for our young kids without having to ask. Would absolutely stay again!

The location was great and close to the main strip. But it was just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. The cabin was welcoming with an amazing view. The cabin was clean and was just as listed. The hosts were very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. The pool and game room kept everyone occupied during our stay. Will definitely return for a future stay!

Cabin lost power does not have a back up generator other around do but this one does not and I know it was out there hands but it was miserable at 90 plus degrees and can’t see anything and host don’t reply for over and hour

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the cabin, but the time we did spend at the cabin was an overall great experience. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to play pool, but one of the holes on the pool table is ripped. Also, a pool stick was broke, so we weren’t able to all play. We enjoyed the arcade games as well. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of walking. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and even had plenty of seasoning. Overall a great cabin to stay at! We plan on staying here again and look forward to our next trip.

Beautiful view. Over all very clean. Pool was clean and warm. Whole family enjoyed their stay here.

Stayed with my wife and 2 kids, my parents and in laws. Plenty of space, very clean, very fun.

We have stayed in many cabins and this by far is my family’s favorite. The pool was a hit and the views were very pretty. This cabin was the most well stocked of any that we have stayed in with kitchen items. There was an issue with the AC unit that was addressed right away. Thank you Ryan and Amanda for a vacation to remember. We WILL definitely be back next year!

This was just a quick weekend trip for our family. The owner was very quick to let us know of an issue before we even got there. I appreciate them being upfront. It was not anything that affected our quality of stay. The view nice and I appreciated the neighbors. I have stayed in cabins in the middle of nowhere and it can be a bit stressful. Checkout was super easy. Thanks for sharing your place!

Smooth booking process and stay was enjoyable. Very quiet with nice view. Beds were comfortable. Loved the pool and the game room.If you are planning to do more than one load of laundry or run the dishwasher more than twice, bring your own supplies.

Our group of 10 had a very memorable spring break at the Hibearnator! The cabin was very spacious and easily accommodated all of us. We greatly appreciated the beautiful views, hot tub, indoor swimming pool, game room and having a bathroom on all three levels! We found the area to be very safe and did not have any issues during our week long stay. Thank you again Ryan and Amanda for allowing us to stay at the Hibearnator!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Cabin was nice just a few minor things. No batteries for remote, burners need to be replaced in grill and the cleaning people need to pay a bit more attention to detail. Great communication with the owners.

Clean spacious, great view.

Beautiful cabin, exactly as described. Had everything we needed. The game room was nice. I was nervous about the pool with small children but loved the fact that you have a locked door with a passcode in order to enter that area. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the cabin! So close to town. Cabin was equipped with everything you may need. Beds are comfy!! Loved the pool and hot tub!

Came up for fall break with grandkids. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Great cabin, very cozy but with room to play.

The cabin was pretty much as advertised. The house was decently clean upon arrival, The beds was nice and clean. Hot tub was ready to use however the pool was not the cleanest and had stuff floating in the water. Everything was tolerable except we discovered the house had roaches and killed a couple of them! We mentioned it to the host and they just simply replied thanks for letting us know. I'm not one to complain and make a big deal out of things but a simple apology for the inconvenience or an offer for some of our money back or a future stay would of been nice and the professional thing to do!
