Stayed Dec 26, 2023The home and location was beautiful. Upon arrival, there was food in the sink, dirty socks under a bed, beer caps on the porch, bag of linens on the sofa, back door was unlocked. second night stay-a large tree fell over the house, knocked out power, Generator came on and ran all night. Family was scared. Emergency number was called. Person came at 2 in the morning from almost an hour away. Kind and considerate. cleared tree and made repairs next day. Mgmt. on other hand, never offered another place to stay or partial reimbursement. No apology for the way the house was upon arrival.
