Stayed Dec 20, 2024By far the best vacation rental experience our family has ever had. From the moment we walked in, the place felt as though it was our personal oasis in the mountains that our family has been coming to for years. The kitchen was an absolute pleasure to cook in, and the house captures that iconic cabin in the mountains feel, while feeling soft, warm, inviting, and modern. The artwork is beautiful, it was decorated for Christmas with a beautiful tree, and comfortable furniture. We only experienced one issue with a bed, but the host immediately responded by having the bed replaced completely within one day, and they made the extra effort to do so while we were out on the mountain so as not to disturb our family experience. We had used the provided firewood with plans to purchase more and replace what we used, but the host took the time to notice that the wood was used and replaced it for us with multiple bundles. We felt very well taken care of, and we look forward to making this an annual trip for our family with this host.
